the dessert were decent and are at a reasonable price, but the thing that put me off was the service. first time i went, as i was ordering, i stood at the till and waited various times while the worker texted a group chat on her phone, clearly aware that my friend and i were waiting to be served. she would continuously turn on her phone and start texting whilst i was telling her my order and just took no notice.

second time i went was not so bad, but as my friend and i waited to be served the worker was just looking away and laughing and smiling with a customer from across the room, and again did this repeatedly as we were ordering.

also, on the table we were seated at, a worker cleaned the table and was about to seat two other customers there because we were ordering (she didn't know we were sat there) so the man at the dessert till told her and she seemed frustrated so just walked away, leaving an open crisp packet on the table with crumbs everywhere, not bothering to clean it.

overall the workers just seemed rude and uninterested, i will definitely not be going back to creams due to the...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The dessert was awful and on top of that, I took one bite into my stale waffle and found myself chomping on a piece of plastic, accidentally added to the batter mix. I reported it and was issued a refund.

I gave this cafe the benefit of the doubt and visited a FINAL time with my family. The desserts were okay eventhough we had to wait longer than usual for half of our order.. everything was going okay until a colleague delivering food to a nearby table accidentally dropped a customer's dessert on the floor, there was glass everywhere! I thought nothing of it until I went to sit my son down in his buggy and noticed a large piece of glass in his chair!!

I told the waitress in the cafe and she seemed unbothered and simply took the glass away. If my son had cut himself or put the glass in his mouth it could have devastating consequences. I do undertstand that accidents happen but there has been more than one accident on my visit to this cafe. I reported this to customer service and have had no response.

I am not...

I give them 1 star because I have to, but they don't even deserve that. I went to the bathroom, and the waitress let me in with the master key, which I already thought was odd because she didn't even knock to check if someone was already in before she opened. 2 minutes after I went in and LOCKED the door, one of the waiters unlocked it with the master key and opened the door. He didn't even knock to check if someone was inside. He quickly closed the door again. I later went outside and I saw a waitress and an old lady (70-80 years old) waiting to go inside, and complained about the HUGE invasion of privacy. He lied with a nonsense excuse that someone tried to get in (I'm assuming the old lady waiting to go inside) so he locked it, which was a complete lie, as it doesn't make any sense that he would have then proceeded to completely unlock and open the door. Also, am I supposed to believe than an 80 year old lady is going to try and Houdini lock pick the door, given that you need a master...

Eating in is fine but delivery is terrible. First we wanted some dessert so ordered for the family and it took over 45m, when I called they said the order number was never on their system and they hadn’t made any food even though the money was taken from our account and the JustEat app said order confirmed. Wasn’t upset at the workers as that could be a JustEat fault. Then we decided to order again because it was the only dessert place open. We ordered ice cream, which came as a milkshake in a cup, hot cookie dough which was cold and came without the ice cream side we ordered, a waffle which was cold and came without the ice cream side we ordered and wait for it - a strawberry waffle that came with chicken inside and absolutely ruined the already awful dessert experience. Now waiting on two £30+ refunds. They’re incredibly lucky that we’re not vegan or anything - no clue what happened there but it’s not okay.

It was incredibly busy when we arrived but we managed to get a table for 2. Given ripped menus by a really polite staff member who apologised for the state of them. All the staff were run off their feet but very polite and helpful. Menu states which items are vegan but doesn't say what's vegetarian (e.g. containing gelatine) and staff didn't know either (not listed under allergens), until we asked them if they could check the ingredients specifically. Drinks were brought out fairly promptly and I was pleased to see they didn't forget our tap waters alongside the milkshake. A lot later the waffle was brought to our table and it was really delicious (toffee sauce with rolos). Our other food didn't arrive for ages so we asked the waiter after 15 min or so and 5 min later it arrived. Overall a lovely cafe, very popular with teens, excellent staff members but let down a little by the menus and food delays.

Recently been to Creams Bromley and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectation. I can confidently say it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. The presentation of the dessert was a work of art. The taste was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness that wasn't overwhelming. The service I received there was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations based on my preferences. Me personally recommend their Hot and Cold Volcano Sundae and Creams-a-Tella Waffle and shake as a must try. The ambience of the cafe was cosy and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere. I left with a smile on my face and a longing to return for more.
