I used to be a regular in BrewDog Shepherds Bush about ten years ago because I knew the Staff and they were so friendly. I have never been to the Restaurant in Ealing but I ordered from them twice via Deliveroo and while I put down the first experience to having a bad day tonight I think I am ready to give my verdict: the best thing were the chips, which I paid 4.95£ for. And they were just potatoes. And quite a bit of salt. I had a 10£ gift voucher and that is the only reason why I placed the order but I can honestly say that I will not be a repeat customer. The £9.50 Vegan Wings were literally two strips about four inches long and one half that size. They had no sauce on it, just half a teaspoon of spring onions and as they came in a paper box the tissue absorbed the little wetness so I chew on something that could have really been a dry dog bone - I live in West Ealing so it's not like the Driver had to get on the motorway to deliver -, in case someone is going to reply that the food was hot when collected by Deliveroo.. I had a burger, 14£ , which contained no bacon, no lettuce nor onions and no cheese - it must have been a slice of it and it was stuck to the foil - just a flavourless patty, some tomato and sauce. I would have paid 32£ without the voucher and for that amount of money I can buy: 2 Beyond Meat burgers, a packet of vegan cheese, a jar of mayo, 250g of tomatoes, 1 red onion, 2 gem lettuce, 1 packet of THIS isn't Bacon and a bag of Aunty Bess crinkle cut! And probably a beer.Ah, and two large buns for 80p! And I would have had change.. Reading the other reviews I see that I am not the only one who was ripped off and It is really sad, I can't help thinking about the last time I had a Vegan burger in my local pub for 17£ and it came with slaw on the side, chips and a pint of apple juice... 🤦

If you're heading to BrewDog Ealing, the best value for money is definitely the Glazing Menu — most dishes on there come with chips included, so don’t get tricked into ordering extra chips on the side! That said, the regular burger prices are on the steep side. Burgers start at £13 and up, don’t include chips, and a portion of fries alone will cost you around £4. Add a soft drink for another £3–4, and it quickly becomes an expensive meal. On the bright side, the food tastes really good, and the vibe inside is great. The music adds a nice atmosphere, and the overall setting is chill. Just keep in mind that it’s a bar, so alcohol is served — which might not be for everyone. If you're going, go for the Glazing Menu and enjoy the food without breaking the bank.

I've been in Brewdog 100 times and its a great spot to chill with friends or even clients. The drinks and food selection is great, I've tried something new everytime i've been there and never been disapointed (except both the times they didn't have the chocolate drink :( but their burgers make up for it :) I would also like to say the vibe in brewdog is very cool! The fire in the middle, the neon lights and the friendly staff which ultimatly makes the whole experience worth another visit. I briefly worked in Ealing, near the area, and travelling all the way from Hackney which has lot of cool trendy bars, I can say that Brewdog is one of the coolest places to chill with friends in Ealing.

Came here for fathers day with my wife and son, I was looking forward to it all week. You have no idea how much we love Brewdog, I almost exclusively only drink your drinks. I have been a fan of your brand for years (not even joking!)

Anyways, to the point, we arrived and wanted a table outside. We found a table. It had stuff on it from a previous customer. We asked for someone to clear the table. A young man came out (they wouldn't give me his name, explain later. Looked like a skaterboy wannabe). He begins clearing the table, and then tells my wife she can't drink a drink from another establishment at Brewdog (she had a small drink from Gails). This is fine, but she had less than one mouthful left. So I say don't worry, we're here to drink Brewdog she's getting rid of her other drink its basically finished. He then points to an area outside and says "you can go and drink your drink over there" in a patronising and abrupt way!

Totally unexpected! So I say "there is no need to be rude, I told you she's basically finished already its not an issue she's getting rid of it!"

Then he says "CALM DOWN MATE!!!'

Now, I don't know what this guys issue was with us, but I guess he's the type to tell brown people to sit at the back of the bus. I have never been spoken to by anyone like this. It was unprovoked, abusive, rude and uncalled for.

I asked for a manager, he dragged his feet. So I went inside and asked someone else for a manager. The manager was on a break but she arrived after a few minutes. Her name was Paula.

I explained the situation to Paula, and she started making excuses for the guy, saying "we have been very busy this weekend, maybe he is stressed". HOW is that my problem? If he can't handle the stress of working on a weekend when they are busy, don't go taking it out on me! I did nothing wrong here and all I got from this abusive employee was this nonsense! I have never felt less welcome.

Its a massive shame, like I said, love your brand and everything you guys do, but in the end I was so upset we decided to leave without having our dinner. Not going to lie, I was kinda gutted. It was fathers day, and I didn't get my fathers day meal. All thanks to this guy on a patronising power trip who apparently can't handle his job.

This is brand damaging and hurts your most loyal customers. I strongly recommend you stop employing individuals who can't handle the heat and then take it out on your customers. I doubt we will return to Brewdog, this behaviour was disgusting.

Thats what I get for being loyal to you.

edit: Forgot to add, I did ask the manager for his name. She said she can't give me his name unless she asks him first. I said I needed his name so I can complain. Again, Paula refused to give me his name. I said don't bother asking him, it's not like he's going to...

Probably the worst service I’ve experienced at any restaurant. I came in with my son and sat with my two friends.

I ordered off the QR menu and added my dietary requirements of it being halal meat. The waitress approached me and advised they did not have halal meat which wasn’t a big deal as she offered a refund or alternatively something else.

I suggested another food from the menu. Initially I didn’t realise there was a price difference between the two foods and the waitress did not suggest to refund the difference.

Anyways moving forward the food came and I’m saddened to say I didn’t not enjoy it. I ate a chip and felt sick to my stomach, the taste was quite off and I immediately stopped. It wasn’t for me and I wasn’t prepared to eat it.

I walked over to the bar area where a waitress asked if everything was alright. I was completely kind and said I didn’t like the food can I give it back. She took the dish and came back with someone else who asked what was wrong. I explained I didn’t like the food as above in which she directly went in defence mode and said if there was something wrong with the food, like if they had missed something or there was a problem with the actual dish they would refund but as they provided the food how it was on the menu and they’ve given it to me. They can’t take it back and resell it ! Well OBVIOUSLY NOT. She refused to refund my order even though I brought it back and did not eat anything from it.

I asked for her to refund the difference if she was unable to refund my dish as this is something she should have done from the beginning and only realising after I got home. She refunded the incorrect amount of 80p when it should have been £1.75.

They did not clear our tables from previous food that was ate and I’ve always gone to restaurants where they carry out good table service.

What a shame and money that was wasted. I didn’t end up eating as the service completely through me off. Wish I took the name but she had black hair with black eye...
