We spent about a week in London. This was BY FAR our favorite. We ordered a milkshake, a tea, pancakes and something that can only be described as the biggest poached eggs, chorizo and avocado toast I have ever seen. I'm not sure if they thought we would be bringing it back to a disaster ridden country to feed the indigenous population. It was massive. When the milkshake arrived there was a slight hiccup. It just wasn't a milkshake. It was warm and tasted not nice. I sent it back and ordered a tea. The tea didn't arrive... I kinda thought she forgot about me. Boy was I wrong! She came back with a cup in hand and explained that what I had was a smoothie. She now made me a proper milkshake which was AWESOME. So in summary Ahab caught the whale... Wait wrong summary! In summary the place is awesome. Food and ambience are great. The staff is quick and friendly. Just go there!

I’ve reviewed the restaurant service before (as it’s fab and I loved it!) But during the last few lockdowns I’ve been buying my takeaway coffee from here also ... Great quality coffee and they also sell the coffee beans to use at home which I’ve bought also! As you can see from the photos they do a fab range of morning goods, cake and of course their signature bagels (available with various fillings etc) I’ve had the chocolate and hazelnut croissant a few times and it’s very good ... a delicious freshly baked croissant filled with a chocolate and hazelnut spread with toasted whole hazelnuts!! Five stars all the way : food/ customer service/ location and the coffee! Highly recommended - it’s just beside West Kensington tube station!

Went with a couple of friends and it was a lovely surprise. Clean and cosy interior, friendly staff and fairly fast service. Close to Every Nation London. I had the mozarella on toasted bagel with a slice of tomato and smashed avocado. A little lonely on my plate and fairly plain. I think the halloumi bagel may have been more to my liking. The rest of the group had delicious looking meals - the chorizo on sourdough, pancakes in particular. We had smoothies which went down quickly. Overall, very pleasant place. For what you get, it’s a little pricey. I suspect the West Kensington address and worldwide inflation crisis hitting us all are partially to blame.

Food: food was luke warm as though they gave us something ready made from the counter. Taste was ok although the brioche wasn't buttered or toasted. "Fresh" apple juice seemed like it was mixed with water.

Service: terrible service, initially wanted to get the food as take away as there was no tables but were convinced by one of the waitresses to wait as one table had ordered the bill, once the table was clear of customers the waitress just pointed to the table without even cleaning it or providing cutlery and napkins (we had to ask for that after the food arrived and waiting thinking that it would be common sense that they would provide us with the cutlery so we are able to eat the food and not just stare at it), ordered a "fresh" apple juice that was forgotten about and once we asked for the bill we were presented with the card machine without even being...

Mold on the bread!

I ordered a breakfast with sourdough bread and halfway through I noticed mold on both sides of the bread. On letting the staff know, they cleared the whole plate without saying a word. What's worse was that the dish was included in the bill. The waitress was super rude and insisted I pay for the dish despite the mold as I had unknowingly eaten half. Moreover she tried to convince me that all bread they serve there has mold and it's normal! Absolutely ridiculous.

However, I asked to speak to the manager - she handled the situation professionally and agreed I shouldn't have to pay for a dish that came with mold.

Just super thrown off by how rude the waitress was and the fact that she tried to convince me that serving bread with...
