I would give it zero stars and I would never eat here. I recently ordered a takeout tiramisu (3 pieces) from this place, and I have to say, it was an absolute disaster. The tiramisu I received was inedible - rancid and mouldy, a complete nightmare.

What's truly astonishing is the initial dismissive response I got when I raised the issue. They tried to deflect responsibility by giving all sorts of reasons. As you can imagine, any reason would be irrelevant but basically they didn't keep it at the correct temperature for at least a day.

Later on, they did offer an apology, albeit somewhat mild in nature. Still, it's essential to note that there's no excuse for offering customers something that could make them sick.

I took a brave taste. It was a bizarre combination of rotten and revolting. This restaurant needs to seriously reconsider selling food; it's a health hazard and a culinary catastrophe. I hope they take this review to heart and work on improving their standards because nobody should have to endure what I experienced, despite the good reviews. A warning to you all, as this is what happens when you decide not to care.

I have been here quite a few times for lunch and it does a good selection of dishes and some lovely pasta dishes which are usually pretty fast and tasty for lunch. However today maybe due to the time of day it was way to busy and I think this threw the service off. I ordered an arancini which was great very tasty but could've done with being heated up but in all honesty you have to take into consideration how many customers were coming in and out. Then I also ordered a cheese salami and olive paste ciabbata that I asked to be toasted and if I'm being honest it was toasted for maybe 3 seconds which was such a shame as it was really tasty but it needed to be toasted properly. I had a double espresso which was great and the service was really good considering they were being run off there feet so that says alo that you can stay delivering great customer service in such busy circumstances but maybe I should stick to the...

Been coming here with my boyfriend quite a lot and love it every time! From lovely tasting coffees to soothing teas and smoothies, they have options for whatever mood you're in. The food is freshly prepared too. The baked goods are great for breakfast especially if like me you have a sweet tooth. And the pastas and sandwiches they make are great for lunch or dinner in the cafe or to go. Otherwise, they sell a lot of Italian products as well as fresh pasta and sauces which is great if you want to make something at home. Over the past year we have gotten some nice guanciale, cheese, artichokes, biscuits and wine at a reasonable price. But most lovely are the staff. Always smiling, speaking to customers in English, Italian and Spanish, they have created a real community nestled in this corner cafe that's worth a visit. See you soon,...

I had an incredibly disheartening experience with a take-away order from a local coffee shop recently. My partner and I decided to go and try their tiramisu, but because it was an exceptionally hot day outside, we chose to take it back home. To our dismay, when we got home and tasted it, we had a shocking surprise. They specifically said it was prepared the previous day but it was undeniably moldy and rancid, leaving an awful taste in my mouth, quite literally. Their explanation was absurd and irrelevant and left me utterly frustrated and upset. Food quality and hygiene should never be compromised, and this incident has left me disgusted in regard to their standards and practices. Have a look at the photos and you’ll see for yourselves.

This Italian cafe is located on North End Road near West Kensington, just a 5-min walk from the underground station. They offer outdoor seating at the entrance, and the staff are friendly and smiling. I ordered a chocolate Aragostine, a charcoal croissant, and a mocha. While the coffee was average, the food was a pleasant surprise. The Aragostine was wonderfully flaky and filled with rich chocolate—absolutely delicious! The cafe also sells various pastas and Italian snacks. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I look forward to trying their pasta on my next visit!
