Birthday dinner at Bronek's was a very nice experience. On the positve recommendation from a friend who was present on the evening in question, we decided to take our celebration to this cosy, rustic establishment. To my pleasant surprise there were two other people celebrating their birthday so conversations with other diners was also an added bonus.
Our host/server "Casper" was fantastic & made the night very comfortable & enjoyable for my table. Information about what I wanted on the night in question had been relayed to Casper, by Bronek, the owner the day before & so just a little further discussion sealed the deal & everything was delivered & served impeccably well.
The mixed seafood platter was packed full of a delicious array of seafood treats, from giant prawns to calamari in delicious sauces or breaded & fried. Octopus in a delicious sauce & several types of whole fish garnished in different sauces & seasonings... There were also some great sides, of rice & peas, a pasta side & various types of potatoes roasted & fried... There was also a gratis/complimentary plate of Oysters thrown in for good measure, which was a lovely touch from our host.
A cake that was bought by members of my table was presented by our host at the end of the meal with candels and singing which was a lovely treat and other diners also got involved in the singing & were in-turn offered some of the cake...
All in all it was a wonderful birthday dinner... Ambience was great, company was great, food was great, service was great, and faultless and I can categorically say that Bronek's Seafood Restaurant is an establishment that I would recommend to any seafood lover... The fish is fresh, well seasoned, prepared, cooked & presented for customer consumption... Give them a try & if you have a bad word to say after your visit, I'd be very very surprised!
Thank you to Casper & the gang who made our evening a very enjoyable one... And thank you to Bronek for your lovely establishment & the lovely seafood dishes you provide to the locals & for those who may come from further afield.
This is an easy 5*...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBroneks Fish Restaurant in Ealing is a hidden gem that seafood lovers must experience. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. But itās the food that truly steals the show.
We ordered the seafood platter for three, and it was an absolute feast. The variety was incredibleāeverything from curried prawns to octopus, calamari, and prawn skewers was included. The flavors were out of this world; each bite was a delightful mix of fresh, perfectly cooked seafood and expertly balanced seasoning. The curried prawns were a standout, bursting with rich, aromatic spices that complemented the sweetness of the prawns beautifully. The octopus was tender and succulent, while the calamari was crisp and perfectly seasoned. The prawn skewers, with their smoky, chargrilled flavor, were another highlight that we kept reaching for.
Despite our best efforts, we couldnāt finish the platterāit was that generous. The portions are more than generous, making it excellent value for money.
The service at Broneks is top-notch as well. The staff were incredibly helpful, making excellent recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall superb experience.
In summary, Broneks Fish Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in Ealing. The combination of outstanding food, generous portions, and exceptional service makes it a standout choice. Weāll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI rarely give a restaurant a 6/5 and it has been a while , but Broneks Fish Restaurant in West Ealing easily earns another 6/5 stars for its spectacular food this week priced for what the restaurant is. This place instantly caught my eye, and I love how it reflects who Mr. Bronek is - a former fisherman who runs this simple seafood spot with genuine passion that reflects his experience of the highseas.
One of the best things about Bronek's is that the menu is more of a guide than a rigid list. While you might suggest a few tweaks here and there, they stick to what worksātaking into account the ingredients, their cooking methods, and strict health and safety standards. In other words, they don't expect to ask to barbecue your oysters.
We ordered the grilled turbot fish with udon noodles and the barbecued octopus with baby potatoes, and both dishes were absolutely fabulousāwe left nothing behind. The complimentary vegetarian salads paired perfectly with the seafood, adding a refreshing balance to our meal. Of course the cherry on top is you can bring your own wine. For someone like me, it's a huge plus to dine with a wine I know and love rather than picking from a list of wines that I am unfamiliar with as seen in most restaurants.
Do note that reservations can be a bit of a challenge so do call and book early, as you might have to wait up to two weeks for a weekend spot. I will definitely be bringing my family and friends here, and I recommend Bronek's Fish Restaurant anytimeāit's a gem that truly delivers...
