I'm fairly new to the Acton and i don't know much about the area. Being new and trying to learn whats aruond my housemate told me about Buono said i should check it out since we live close by, the staff is cool and nice and a chill place to hangout. So I'm writing this review to tell what my experience at Buono was like cuz i had a really good experience sitting in the cafe working on my laptop and chatting with the barista and a few other people who also sat down in the cafe that day. Today i bumped into the guy who was working on sunday and after told him that i really appreciated the great service and I asked him if he'll be working on sunday again. He told me he was just fired from Buono because two guys left a bad review saying the service is the worst and super unfriendly. I just want to point out that every customer that came in that day, besides those two, said he was very nice, made great coffee and said the service here is very good and this guy engaged with the regular and new customers in a friendly and respectful way.
I hope the owner see's this post and reconsiders they're decision and rehiers this guy cuz those two guys were rude and condesending to...
Read moreThis place is overrated for no reason. The coffee is very standard. I had a horrible experience at this cafe when I walked in and asked the guy to make me a flat white. He was upset and suddenly started degrading the Acton area and saying that he would not live in Acton as he likes his M&S, TKMax, etc. It was a very unpleasant experience, but it was not strange for him as I had experienced microaggression from him previous times. I would not be revisiting the place.
The owner instead of trying to resolve the issue after me posting the review, tried to challenge me further and claim he was joking with another customer on the occasion I visited the cafe. That is impossible as there was no another customer when he was making my coffee. He even went further to stalk my profile, check my reviews and come back at me with sense of...

And as i wait for my coffee I like to have a look through their selection of both freshly made and packaged Italian snacks and delicacies: from pasta (ruomo) and sauces (mutti) to the freshly made sandwiches, and Arancini.
And with that taken into account, itâs (confusingly) the cheapest coffee Iâve had at ÂŁ2 for the best cappuccino this side of Italy.
Itâs really refreshing to find a space that appreciates good coffee and especially necessary when I canât travel to italy in this...
