Burger King — Restaurant in London

Impossible to call them. Just says it has not been possible to connect your call. Been trying to call about an ongoing order that has gone wrong. Awful.

My order arrived it is stone cold. Just to clarify the situation the order was placed and it was ready for collection a driver was assigned and was en route. This driver then canceled. At this point you changed it to "order being prepared" which is a lie. My food sat on the side getting cold for over 30 mins. I even got a message to say your driver waited while it was being prepared. This is an outright lie. My driver told me it was ready when they got there. No wait whatsoever. So you cannot blame uber. This is a burger king problem. The food was stone cold. I spent over £40. I paid for priority delivery in order to avoid these situations, although this situation doesn't even apply as the issue is burger king lying on the app and changing the status of an order to being prepared, when it had in fact already...

I've eaten here about 4 times, every time I have sat in. Most of the tables face out of the windows so unless you want to eat alone you'd be hard pushed to get a table where you can face each other.

2 of the times I've been here they have either given me a bottled drink when I've ordered a large cup or they have had no bottled water or milk (My son won't drink anything else).

Food is fresh and hot when it arrives although the last time I was there the fries seemed to have been out for a while and where cold and not crispy.

Service isn't great, none of the staff seem to want to be there and the lack of a smile makes it a bit uncomfortable.

They don't deliver to where I live or I would probably get...

Ordered a double whopper meal and simple meal they sell hundreds every day!!!

But as usual some incompetent person there does not know how to do their job!

So I end up with cold food but the biggest insult of all was the single whopper that was in my delivery without the extra cheese I paid for.

When you order food you have a simple expectation I give you my hard earned money and in return you give me my guilty pleasure its that simple.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you “KING” you have lost a decades long customer today I will starve myself until I can find a place that is able to do what it is they say they can which is satisfy me with what I ask...
