Burger King — Restaurant in London

So. I arrived at Burger King and was served fairly quickly. Members of the team like Sean were really nice. The lady calling numbers was really polite and patient. On the other hand, I first noticed Sereh when she belted a number without being friendly at all, she then rudely gave someone their food. Didn’t ask them anything, didn’t make eye contact. Feel bad for them if they wanted some ketchup. After collecting my food I waited 10 minutes for my brothers food. When I had go up to the counter myself and find where the food was, as people who were served after us just collected their food. I understand if an order is large it takes longer, but his order was small. I approached Sereh, she didn’t even say “hi how can I help” etc. she just demanded the receipt, then walked off once presented. She collected the food and drink (which wasn’t going to be collected if I didn’t say something) ,then brought it over. Didn’t make eye contact. Didn’t apologise in the slightest for the wait. Asked me for sauces, which fair play she did provide me that service. But come on. Have some happiness about you. Even if you dislike your job. Make it bearable by having good customer...

I've always loved burger king. But today has really changed my views on the chain. Woman who served was okay, But had to go back 3 times because of my food being disgusting, to then be told that bacon is not even fresh or heated but it is only defrosted and chucked on the burger cold, and they are NOT allowed to heat pork, The man that was doing the burgers thought it was a laugh. So I nearly lost it with him, he's name tag said babu gunti(assistant manager) He wasn't bothered to even apologise for the service or disgusting food, his customer service is appalling, and tried to take me for an idiot. If you see babu gunti let him know you want you're food hot not cold. I caught him laughing and smiling thinking it was funny what he was doing. The worst customer service personnel I've ever come across. And then really hit a nerve to question me on if I've ever been to burger king before. Over two years since I've had a burger & it was so enjoyable. I like Surrey Quays Shopping Centre so intended to ... shop. However I was hungry, intended to use the upper level & there was the busy, bustling foodcourt and enjoying brunch, with a newspaper, seemed like a clever idea. Seeing folk queued up at the new VN outlet adjoining Burger King was great & merely those queuing seemed heavenly as lockdown living ends. We have McD's locally but not my preferred Burger Kings. Lovely helpful staff with a system superior to that pre covid, a tasty meal - chips portion seemed much reduced but going to believe it's a selling point to improve our health* - and a quiet environment with people talking happily meant 5* all round.
