I loved this place the first and second time I visited, 2 years ago. Now the food is very disappointing. The flavours are not the same, the flavours are weak. We were served food that was clearly out for too long as the fried crispy wonton that came in the noodle dish wasn't crispy, it was chewy. The tom yam noodle soup was very sweet overwhelming the other flavours. We had to ask for condiments to flavour ourselves.
We ordered 3 items and one item never arrived and when we were gonna pay we told them it never arrived then they asked if we wanted it. Read moreWhile I was waiting for my dog having her haircut, I had an amazing lunch at this family-run Thai restaurant around the groomer. The prawn fried rice had a nice, slight spicy touch that really lifted the flavors and made it more interesting.
The jungle curry wasn’t quite what we expected—it was more like a Sichuan-style spicy broth than a typical Thai curry, but that might just be the traditional style. It had good heat and plenty of herbs, though the texture was different from what we’re used to.
Service was friendly and the atmosphere cozy and welcoming. Overall, a solid spot for Thai food in Ealing—we’d definitely return...
