Café Torelli — Restaurant in London

I’ve been a regular customer of Torelli Kew (and recently the newly opened Torelli Richmond) for about 5 years now. Today’s experience was awful. Not only will I never go to this cafe again but I will be asking everyone who will listen to boycott this store. My partner has a gluten allergy (digesting gluten ends in a hospital visit). When the woman behind the counter could not ensure that the cannoli was gluten free (we ordered a gluten free cannoli and she took one off the tray with the sign that did not signify gluten free) she called her manager who then spoke down to me as if I were a waste of his time and had no way of confirming that what she was trying to sell me was gluten free except for his word. I had my first visit to Cafe Torreli, and I can’t believe I didn’t discover this gem sooner! Daniela and Susan are absolutely wonderful—warm, friendly, and so genuinely welcoming that I immediately felt at ease.

The cafe is spotless, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot to relax. The service was excellent; they go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right, making you feel like a valued guest.

And the coffee? Incredible! Rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection—it’s clear they take great pride in every cup they serve.

Great place to relax, this recently opened cafe has a hidden garden in the back. Very happy with the addition to Kew Road! Torelli’s also have two locations right by Kew Green station if one is heading in the May direction.
