Good first experience, terrible second experience Good coffee, and i was happy to see there were lots of vegan pastries! First time I went for a soy latte and a savoury mushroom and lentil pastry/pasty, which was tasty.
Unfortunately the second time I went here, they served me mouldy salad. The owner said "oh well unfortunately it happens sometimes and can't be helped" which I thought was a bit rubbish. Yes food goes bad, but you're supposed to check before you put it on someone's plate and it was clearly wilted, gone-off, and old, with the mouldy patch. It completely put me off my appetite. He said "would you like your money back or is it ok" I don't like confrontation so I said it's fine and wanted to leave. He should have just refunded me not go and put me in a further awkward position by asking a leading question like that. he then made me a free coffee. I didn't want to drink two coffees (way too much caffeine!!) so said no thank you but he forced me to take it instead of a refund and I had to put it in the bin when I left. I won't...

Lots of options are offered that appear to be included but then are charged for at checkout. I have also noticed you cannot order a juice during certain opening hours because the close down the juice press hours before they close the cafe.
