We've been working in the area and was advised about this place by our Client, we were a little skeptical about going, as the area seems a bit 'posh', we were after a 'normal' builders breakfast, somewhere cheap and cheerful, glad we went. It's a small Cafe, few seats and tables outside and half a dozen inside. The cafe sits in a courtyard of other shops, close to the train station. The interior is a little old and dated, but then again, we're not fussed. Breakfast menu is quite extensive and very reasonably priced - we had 2 big full on breakfasts, which were served up quite quickly, along with a cuppa coffee and toast on the side, meal was excellent - done the way we wanted it, soft egg on one, hard on the other.. everything was hot, no piles of grease on the plates, plates were clean and so was the cutlery. Excellent food, went down a treat!! I'd say even if you are a bit of a 'toff', you'd enjoy a nice, cheap quiet cuppa outside, if it's sunny. We've found a little gem in the area and will be back frequently - and more.. One thing, I wouldn't use the loo, unless you're desperate - it's clean, but just a bit..umm, you'll see if you ever go.. Parking in the area is a bit tough, mostly residents, but probably due to being close to the station, but if you are prepared to walk 5 mins, park up the road, you get an hour in the...

Go to the opposite side of the station, so much nicer and cleaner places to go to and eat.

Absolutely shocking. Got an egg benedict with avocado that was so old it was black and stringy, on a soggy muffin. Everything was absolutely smothered with hollandaise sauce, probably to hide it all. My husbands food was equally bad.

Coffee tasted cheap, grinder could do with some calibration too to improve the brew.

Toilet is filthy, looks like they haven't been cleaned in months. The cleaning chemicals are there for decoration I would say.

Staff is pleasant but, unfortunately, all the bad stuff is...

just had a full breakfast here and have to say that if this place wants to bring people in as I was the only client they need to seriously up their game , first egg was so overdone it was unbelievable and had to ask for another which fair play they did although it came out with the 1 slice of toast 5 minutes after the breakfast came out but the cardinal sin for me was the what looked like streaky bacon ( no place for it in UK anyway ) that was cooked whey past an inch of life and couldn't be cut with my knife - had to tear it apart probably the reason why this place was...

If you're visiting Kew or the Royal Batonical Gardens I would highly recommend this Cafe. Its located in a lovely part of Kew next to Kew train station. The food here is lovely and fresh. The coffee is also very good. This is a family run business and their service is very good. You may eat inside or outside. They have a very large menu from which you can order. The food is not expensive and its worth the price. They recently refurbished this place and it looks great. Check out the pictures.

Really friendly staff and cute setting… But it’s quite possibly the worst cappuccino I had in my life. It’s bland, way too hot and not cheap either. The pain au chocolat also tastes stale and sad. I really love supporting local, independent businesses but, in the case of this cafe, it really is a shame. Please invest more into the quality of the food & beverages! 🙏

I had such a lovely experience here! Even though there was just one person running the café, the service was absolutely amazing friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The coffee was really good, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was warm and relaxing. A perfect little spot to unwind. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the Kew Gardens area!
