Really bad customer service from one of the staff member.. I was queuing up waiting to buy a drink and a member of staff opened the staff door behind me and knocked me flying and the door hit my arm really hard with a lot of force so I looked at him as I didn’t expect it waiting for an apology or even any acknowledgment and he just gave me a dirty look like it was my fault and carried on his business. I would describe the staff member as male, slim build, clean shaven ,short light brown hair and a birth mark on the side of his face. Read moreTerrible service from a rude manager. Why do they have 06:00 as opening hours when they can’t deal with the influx of early customers. Located beside a busy tube station so they are probably not properly equipped to deal with the customers at an early hour. Many times I have found the door closed and locked with staff inside ignoring people. It’s not the right way to run a business. The manager is definitely not a people person. Just because people are promoted or trained to be managers, doesn’t make them ideal management material.
