Unfortunately they don't have an exact departure or arrival time for the boats, so you have to queue for a long time and hope you can fit on the boat that arrives at your stop, otherwise you continue to queue until the next one comes. I bought my ticket at Westminster Pier and I think I got the WORST worker of all, me and 8 other people were queuing for information but she kept talking on her phone, when I asked her if I could buy my ticket she said "can't you see I'm busy? Go to the ticket machine and buy it there" I decided not to say anything else and move away from the line but the next ones were two young boys of 12/13 years old approx, when they asked her if they could buy the tickets there she took out a sign that said that the next boat was coming in two hours and said "you didn't read the sign or what?” Everybody else stop queuing, the waiting time is two hours, bye bye" Definitely a very despot attitude from the worker who I only remember has Hindu features, but definitely working in customer service is...
Read moreService is totally bad. The ticket counter is hardly manned and you have to pay extra walk to the pier to ask something. Employees are stressed and "cheat" customers with false information. In front of me were two elderly ladies who scan their Oystercards when they get off. However, the employees simply sent them on without scanning the card. I then spoke to them about it and they found that the maximum amount was deducted. After asking the staff they only said, 'bad luck'. At another stop, an elderly gentleman who had just one question had £13 deducted from his Oyster card. Just act hasty . When I pointed this out to him, he was amazed. The waiter only said you had misunderstood him. But it was just that you didn't listen to ohm. The customer service is just absolutely terrible!!! Please do not book anything here, it could be that you pay twice or three times as much. They probably only want their...
Read moreThe service here was quite bad, we asked which boat will be coming next and we were told the wrong one and you can't just switch lines. Then the one we were waiting for we could not get on since there was a huge lineup but we would have easily gone in the other direction. And then when we asked again, we were giving once again the wrong times, starting that they would take 20 minutes but it only took maybe 10 and we had to ask three times to get an answer. It seems they really have no idea when each boat is coming which is really odd since this is Uber, they are very well known for having exact times for thousands of cars. The boat ride itself was okay, it's not really a nice boat, but there are some decent views of the buildings along the Thames. Personally, if it wasn't included in my Go City pass, I would not recommend paying for...
