Greggs — Restaurant in London

I have always been a huge fan of Greggs and you can never go wrong with Greggs! This branch is located in Westminster Station hence the prices are slightly higher than other Greggs but it's still much cheaper than the likes of Pret A Manger and Starbucks! The customer service here is brilliant and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Brilliant range of sandwiches though the range of pasties could be improved! The store was clean and well organised with social distancing measures strictly in place! The coffee here is absolutely delicious and being a lifelong fan of Greggs the coffee keeps getting better! Absolutely love this location. I rotate sites for work and I make sure that any time I'm over here I stop in. Today the manager was so kind as I was 30p short and somehow managed to forget my wallet at home, something I never do normally. I was mortified and she, and the cashier who took my order, were super friendly and understanding. I've never had a bad experience here and my food is always hot. They make my morning every time I'm in. So, super big thank you and shout out from the silly shy American guy who was internally dying from embarrassment today haha. It's conveniently located in the station for nearby workers. The staff are really lovely, I can never fault them. However it feels like this particular Greggs is being neglected by HQ - they're constantly having server / connection issues which means customers cannot pay by contactless, scan QR codes or use the Greggs App. Combined with being in a busy tourist area, I can only imagine the amount of aggression the staff get.
