Caffè Nero — Restaurant in London

Although I have no complaints with the service or the food, and in spite of it being sunny yesterday it was windy and there was a chill in the air, so my friend and I both senior citizens decide to sit inside. The air conditioning yesterday was too high (I did tell them about this) and as a result I have caught a chill/cold. The tables for eating are too low, causing me to lean forward to eat the salad on plate so poor posture and now lower backache. They need to make it more comfortable to eat at a table inside. Normally a friendly atmosphere and great cozy place to enjoy a coffee - but today we redeemed our free coffees with our loyalty cards and woman at the till was so rude. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but this has got my back up. I'm a loyal customer and 3 completed cards means 27 coffees were purchased there...when I stopped in today to treat myself and two kids - I was served by a very rude lady who made us feel quite unwelcome as we weren't spending money on this occasion. My wife deliver food as a job. She have to pick up a order in this nero and she ask the lady in service if she can use the toilet what she said very rudely and savage no. She had to go back again to the same shop and she reask for the same after other no of the lady the guy in service allowed. A big thank you to him. Is just a warness I want to give with this post.
