Caffè Nero — Restaurant in London

I am writing this review with the best of intentions: a) to give some truthful guidance to the people intending to visit this coffee shop; and also 2) to provide some feedback to the owners or managers of this place so that they take some steps to address serious issues that are wrong with this place. Now, this coffee shop is situated in a central touristy area of Hampstead. Yet the the staff here are so unfriendly and hostile with no manners, no class, inability and unwillingness to communicate with some respect towards themselves or the customers. Just worst coffee shop in my experience, really! Please stay away! And managers, please teach some basic manners and communications skills to your staff, because it is a real shame what they are doing to the customers and most importantly, they are bringing an irreparable damage to the name of this...

The staff of Café Nero is friendly, they are always receiving customers with a happy smile. The variety of pastries and food is appropriate. The coffee is also excellent.

However, the café needs complete renovation, especially the wooden floor tiles (Parquet) and repainting of the shop's interior and exterior.

Changing the location of the serving counter by shifting it from the left side to the right side would be preferable as well as extending the glass on the left of the shop to cover the entire left wall. The emptied left side can be filled with chairs and tables to overlook the view outside provided by the glass windows.

Finally, I suggest that the closing hours be extended to 8:00 PM...

A short-haired girl named Elaine works here, and she is truly the best waitress in the world. Today, I encountered a homeless person trembling in the cold wind all day. I decided to buy him a meal from Cafe Nero, where I had spent the entire day. Elaine recognized me and wondered why I had returned so soon after leaving. When I explained that I was getting a hot meal for the homeless man, she immediately charged me very little for the meal set, wanting to help him too.
