This restaurant deserves zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. From the moment I walked in, it was a complete disaster. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the experience:

Service: Non-existent. We waited almost 30 minutes just for someone to take our order, despite the restaurant being half-empty. The staff appeared disinterested, untrained, and in no hurry to assist. Our server, when finally arriving, was curt and dismissive, and acted as if we were inconveniencing them by merely being there.

Food Quality: Utterly disappointing. The dishes were cold, flavorless, and poorly presented. The ingredients seemed stale, and my meal was almost inedible. I ordered a supposedly “signature dish,” only to receive a plate that looked like it had been microwaved leftovers. Even basic items like bread were hard and dry, tasting like they'd been sitting out for days.

Cleanliness: Appalling. The floors were sticky, tables still had crumbs from previous guests, and the restroom was filthy, with overflowing trash cans and no soap. It was genuinely concerning to think of what the kitchen might look like behind the scenes.

Atmosphere: Dismal. The ambiance was ruined by loud, obnoxious music that didn’t fit the restaurant's theme and blinding fluorescent lighting. To make matters worse, the room was freezing cold, making the whole experience feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable.

Price: Outrageous. For the horrendous service and subpar food, the prices were absurd. I felt robbed paying for a meal that was not even close to worth the money.

Overall: I would never come back, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. The experience was a complete waste of time and money, and it left a bad taste in every sense. Save yourself the disappointment and find somewhere else—literally anywhere...

Loved the experience, there’s a kind lady who goes by the name Roxy (rukhsana) who served us. 10/10. The food served was exquisite. Forest Gate branch of candy floss has never let us down. Upon entering the restaurant, we was immediately transported to a world of sweetness and indulgence. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with elegant decor and soft lighting that created a relaxed atmosphere.The menu was a true feast for the taste buds, featuring a delectable array of desserts that are sure to satisfy even the most demanding sweet tooth. I'm a local to Candy Floss, I have been there before and my experience hadn't been great. So a year on I decided to try it out again in the hope it has improved.

I ordered a Ferrero Rocher milkshake and my wife ordered 2 scoops of ice cream. I requested my milkshake be made thick. Straightaway the guy opened the fridge and brought out a ready made milkshake wrapped in clingfilm!!? I told him I am not having that and requested a new one be made. So a milkshake was made but a very runny one and not thick as I had requested.

My milkshake was tasteless, lack of Ferrero Rocher and very watery. It was like drinking cold watered milk. As for the two scoops my wife had ordered, again the scoops tasted very strange it had a chemical taste to it. The chocolate did not taste like chocolate and the mango tasted barely like mango.

As for the milkshake it makes me wonder how many milkshakes they pre-prepare and store in their fridge, especially for people who place orders for delivery that are not able to see that it is coming out of the fridge.
