Location: It lays very conveniently near a bus stop and about a 5-6 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line. Staff: Very friendly and accommodating, they are very thoughtful and attentive and help you with special requests like sharing a meal by giving you extra plates. Food: The food is very well cooked and the presentation is done very well. The menu itself is not overwhelming allowing you to make a quick decision, and not bother you with hundreds of choices. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is very nice and quiet, even though it is situated near a very busy street. It gives off a very cozy vibe and feels generally very welcoming. Price: I believe the prices are adequate for the food quality served, the drinks are very reasonably priced. All in all a great place to visit and experience some great Ukrainian dishes.

My friend and I had a great experience - staff are helpful, the food is delicious and hearty, portions are big and the atmosphere is lovely. Personally, I would absolutely recommend the pork shashlik as it was amazing! The meat was so tender, the dipping sauce was yummy and the bread was great. We also enjoyed the vareniki and Olivier salad (tasted just like we make it at home!). I've heard there is also live music on some evenings, which would probably make the experience even better. Would definitely be back soon to try some of the other food on the menu as everything sounded delicious. Thank you!

Everything left me feeling really full. I had Salo with Rye Bread, Garlic and Mustard, Borscht with Pampuh and Smetana. And also tried a rare dish to find in London: Banosh with Goat Cheese. Creamy and delicious. Nice and cozy atmosphere, good for family gatherings, they have large tables and tables for two. When I was there someone was even working on one of the tables. Lighting was good. And the bill was surprisingly low for how full it made me feel. 20-30££ per person. Follow me for more Ukrainian places in London.

Place is nice and salads were great. I was celebrating my daughters 1st birthday. Meat platter was good apart from lamb. It was raw. Beginning 2 hours were OK. We booked 2nd floor and it was reasonably roomy for 20 adults and 15 kids. But soon after there were more parties downstairs and there was a touch of sadness in their parties. Don't forget it is a Ukrainian place and cousene. After it was just very loud music where we couldn't hear each other. Other guests (who I assume were Ukrainians) were rude to kids playing downstairs and nail in a coffin was that life music started singing swearing songs. Now I know about the whole situation with their country but its a bit too much. My guest were a bit upset and we had to leave soon. Its a restaurant in my area where I live and I heard a lot of good reviews about their food but never about the atmosphere. Because most of my guests look Oriental, hosts decided to speak only English, and they couldn't speak that eather. Whole experience of my daughters 1st birthday got politicised and seemed to me 1.5k out of the window after 3hours. I might come In to this place once everything is over but I still have a bitter taste over the whole thing. Wouldn't recommend it to any Non Ukrainians. As well as to those who like a moderate and quite evening. Shame, because salads were superb. Salads 5+. Meat 4-. Staff (some 5 some 2-) Music 0-. P. S. Its unbelievably hot water upstairs. Seems like an old bank previously and air circulation is poor. No wander they gave us upstairs so easily.

And reviews are misleading.

Should not have read it. For this money I could have had a great service in any other Turkish restaurant. Better and more food and service without Agenda.

In my lifetime I went to Palestinian, Iraqi, mesopotamian, kosher, Albanian, Korean, afghan cousine restaurants but it was business orientated people serving their customers without...

This restaurant ruined the celebration of christening our child. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had. From the beginning of the event, we were pressed by the administration to turn down the music volume. Every 5 minutes someone from the staff would approach to the DJ, to the moment where you couldn’t even hear the music. All the details were discussed 1 month ahead with a restaurant’s representative, where we agreed on music and decorations(where it would be placed and so on). We made it clear that we want a pleasant and private event near our friends and family. It was a shock, to say at least, when we discovered that in the same place and time, there was organised a birthday party for other guests(around 20people), our decorations were put in the middle of the hall, and they didn’t even bother to announce us. They even placed a few people right next to our table and guests.

In terms of food, it was brought cold, some of the dishes weren’t even ordered by us, the fish had a strange colour and it smelled horrible. The attitude of the waiters and their manager was very rude. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! They even stole the bears we had as decorations, lying to our faces that it was us taking it home. The waiters would bring up the food when they considered it’s necessary. They even attempted to bring the cake earlier and put the music on to “create the atmosphere”. We had to refused it because it was not at our request. On top of all this, the administration shut down our music at 9:55 PM, when we were told that the restaurant is working till 11 PM. Shame ! Shame ! Shame ! I definitely do not recommend you this restaurant. It will ruin your evening in all the...
