Chicken Bite — Restaurant in London

I am very upset and angry in the way this order was dealt with. My address is clearly stated on the app however, the Uber driver stated he was at the location when he was somewhere completely different . In the notes of the booking i have also given directions and clearly state on the main road at the bottom of The road is where the entrance is,the Uber driver was in another area and when I stated multiple time’s he would have to go to the bottom of The main road as this is where the main entrance is he said this would be too far however from where he was it would take 2 minutes. I tried to call him and he did not answer and then he called me for 5 seconds and ended the call I called him back and he did not pick up. I also have a broken leg and he suggested I come and get it when I would have to travel downstairs out of my apartment down a flight of stairs cross the road and walk for 2 minutes to get where he was where this is a clear main entrance to buzz up at the bottom of the road. My mum then stated she would go down and meet him however when I had messaged him he cancelled the order. I am extremely frustrated as I pay for a delivery to the door and I leave more than enough directions to help the drivers and also to call them but the same effort was not made . I am no longer sure if I wish to order from this same establishment anymore and I am quite upset as this has happened to me on more than one occasion. What frustrates me is I understand if an address is hard to find but I provide extra notes that clearly show where the entrance is and how to get there and the Uber driver tends to give up and cancel the order if I am not able to come down ( even if where they are is quite far) . I have come down many times but this time due to my condition I was not able to and frankly I do pick the delivery option to the door for a reason as I am not capable to walk at the moment . They ADD £1 onto every item you order on just eat. Which is a bit ridiculous as everything is much cheaper if you go into the shop. For example a peri peri wrap is 2.99 in their shop. But they up the price to 3.99 for no reason on just eat. So if you buy 5 item you basically are paying £5 delivery. That's just taking advantage and deceiving people. You can choose what ever you want from their menu (… as it was told me with a big smile) and you can have it, how you want (… in my case the wings and fries packed separately without extra charge.)
