Pizza Go Go Tottenham — Restaurant in London

I have been ordering for years from this location and others locally, however I am so sad to have to share this review, but following this last order I have to say that I am deeply disappointed with the Tottenham High Road branch. I called to say that there was an issue with the order (something missing) and they vehemently denied that anything wrong went out and in not so many words suggested that my son was lying about the missing item. I didn't ask for a replacement or refund. I wanted them to know that there was an error, and the man insisted that were were wrong or lying.

I will not be ordering from the branch again. I don't appreciate being called a lier, whether directly...

We ordered mozzarella sticks , wings and cheesy jalapeños . Staff did not communicate properly or take the payment. We waited 30 mins for someone to take the card payment, to my horror I realised that the sides we ordered 30mins ago were not made as we saw them take it out the freezer . It took another 30 mins as they popped it in the oven , 8 staff members, standing and doing nothing, not busy , a guy told me to wait 4 minutes and it took another 20 minutes. No one apologised, there was no accountability. And spectacularly small portions, for something they bought frozen, not freshly made , taking ages to prepare. I would not recommend this place. I ordered three large pizzas(15” 10 slices) and paid £30 i have recived 3 medium pizzas (12” 8 slices) i thought this was just an innocent mistake and called the restaurant to let them know. They then very rudley told me that their menu has changed and that this is the large pizza when they did not specify that over the phone. I have called other pizza gogos to ask how many slices are in their large pizza and they all said 10 slices! DO NO ORDER FROM HERE!!!! You will not get the size of the pizza...
