Decided to have my father’s 60th birthday here! Location is great, food was fantastic, service was awful. Felt as if a bunch of teenagers are running the place! We’d booked the venue a few months in advanced and when I requested plates, glasses and knives and forks we were told they didn’t have enough for the 55 people we had invited. Being a pub I’d assume that they would have these amenities at hand, especially as they advertise it being a location for “hire”. I was annoyed that the manager then told me he’d had no idea about the party as he’d just got back from his holiday, was completely unprofessional with his comments and was in his first week as role of manager (how he got the job, I don’t know). I requested the general manager on the night, she was very professional and helpful when I gave her feedback at the end of the night. It’s a shame they couldn’t hold up on their end as it caused a lot of stress and running about but the location and food are great and can’t be faulted. Some additional training and development is needed for the staff members that are already there- as well as better communication in general. Do better next time Beehive!

Perfect day today at The Beehive, great pub in the heart of Tottenham. Popped in for Sunday lunch, so glad that there was no booking required, just the usual NHS covid 19 app sign in or they will take your details (my mates phone was dead) The beer garden was perfect with the sun and plenty of shaded space. They were showing the football but not so loud that it interfered with our Sunday lunch. Speaking of lunch, the food was fantastic and only took about 15/20 mins to arrive. The app you had to use to order is reasonably easy to navigate and the drinks ordered at the same time arrived within minutes. Each round of drinks after the first was also at our table promptly and the staff were lovely to boot. The beer garden is decorated with plenty of interestingbits and pieces and we had a really good afternoon out. Thanks guys! As a summary, great atmosphere, great service, great pub!!! I highly recommend a visit xx

I’ve been here a couple of times with a friend who lives nearby and this time we popped in for dinner and a drink. It was a Thursday night and not as crowded as I imagined it would be, especially this close to Christmas. Inside they have a cosy fire but we settled for two seats elsewhere as the tables by it were hot property! The menu feels pretty typical of standard pub fare. I went for the bangers and mash which was decent but would have been better with a portion of veg. My friend went for the turkey dinner special which was pretty hefty and looked great. Staff weren’t necessarily friendly or welcoming, and they brusquely shook off a request for a drink my friend requested - something called a Snowball. I imagine in summer it’s a lovely buzzy place to hang out as their garden seems spacious.

There are things that I really like about The Beehive..really cool building with massive outside space and big, different rooms inside...great for parties and gatherings and of course major sporting events.

Staff are sound too and beer prices are reasonable (for London).

Food can be good, can be patchy dependent on the menu and the chef which seems to change all the time.

Some odd things happening in the last few weeks though...loads of weird Guiness branding gone up everywhere and they've started charging to play darts in the side room and you have to pay at the bar to play pool. Never have I gone into a pub and had to pay (5 pound) just to borrow some darts. Such an odd way to make an extra few quid when customers are already paying for drinks etc anyway and makes you feel like they are just trying to squeeze every quid out of you.

Pool situation is also odd. 5 quid for 45 minutes. Why not just have it pay per game like everywhere else? Can't challenge people to winner stays on or just have one quick game if you aren't staying long.

In summary, decent pub but would be so much better if they just changed the games...
