Enjoy Cafe London — Restaurant in London

I have ordered lots of times and always been great until yesterday, ordered my usual halloumi and tomato panini, bit into it and it's got meat in it, well as a vegetarian I was horrified. Called the cafe over and over yesterday but their phone line was engaged, called just now, girl I spoke to basically said nothing they can do about it apart from get a refund. She was quiet rude and hung up on me, I am disgusted that this error happened and will now never order for myself from this cafe. How can they even think it's just a case of a refund and that is satisfactory, I am a vegetarian for gods sake!!!...

A direct message to this lovely restaurant owner. I've been a regular client for many years. Your chef is great. Your previous waitresses were wonderful. The new small waitress has been harassing me verbally and doing the opposite of what been asked to do, because she was trying to charge me extra for gravy with the young boy who keeps winking at me. Do a background check on her. Today she was saying "don't come here". She thinks she's the owner. That's exactly what I thought. She's been passive aggressive to make me leave. I love your restaurant and great food....

1 hour wait and then when I asked for my money back they charged for the coffee. They were prioritising deliveries over guests. They said my order got lost. I waited another ten minutes then I looked to see what was going on and they had everything ready to go but were still sending food out to drivers as the cafe was nearly empty by this stage. Update: It's still a 2 because I had to wait an hour but I was hangry. They're nice people and the food is fine. I've eaten there before. But don't leave man waiting an hour...
