â CAUTION: đ»STAY AWAYđ» !!! Extremely RUDE! Definitely, they are not child friendly. Please Be aware if you go with family.â
Visiting this place was a big-time nightmare!! The staff were VERY VERY VERY rude. We ordered something, they gave us something else! When we informed them that, half of our order is the wrong order, they came out with their arrogant face. Started with... -"Definitely you ordered this!" Their attitude was very much aggressive without any doubt. Anyway, one guy did a trick. He tried to pretend, he is so kind! He said... -"Oh! Ok! if you don't eat this, I'll take this away. It was the wrong food and we didn't order it. so, We returned their food. Still, more stories to come...
Whatever just happened we tried to skip that odd situation because our kids were hungry. So we asked them politely, "please we are hungry. Could you make another portion of "Chotpoti" nicely"? One guy came out from the kitchen with anger and said, -"We do nicely for everyone. We will do whatever we do!" đ„ș What a tyrant! And then they started an argument with our ladies in Infront of our kids! Awkward situation. As a result, we left their restaurant immediately but realised, we also left our six-year-old daughter's playing balloon. Went back and when we asked them, they replied with cold blood, "we blew it up!' Now you can imagine our 6 years old daughter's situation !!
ââI don't know if its owner gonna read this review. But if he/she is reading this, please train them more about customer service. They need serious attention from you. It's a restaurant business. If you cannot serve good food and good service, people will try somewhere else like us!
đ€đ€ Recommended?? "Of course NOT" from an unhappy customer and his family.

Read moreWe stumbled upon this place, when looking for something quick and small to eat. We have never had Bangladeshi Street food before, on first look the place doesn't look very appeasing, being a small area and the seats look bit worn out. The cashier was really helpful in explaining to us on what each item was. We thought let's just try it and not expecting much. It was so tasty, one of the best snacks we have had in quite awhile. We had the fushka, which is similar to pani puri but the fillings are different it had egg and carrot I believe. The sauce we poured in had quite a kick to it, both combined was just delicious and we weren't expecting so much in one portion! Also ordered the meat roll, being Tamil we have our own mutton roll which we always complain that most shops only has a few pieces of mutton and the rest is potato! But this meat roll was very generous with its portion of meat and the taste was good! Finally we had the lamb naga panini this was our favourite. It was spicy, filling and the combination with cheese. Anything with cheese we are happy. My fiancé ordered this but I had to keep asking for a cheeky bite because I enjoyed it so much! Highly recommend after a day of shopping to go check this place out. Even the mango lassi was rich and...
Read moreIt wasn't what we expected, neither was it the worst we have ever tried. It's quite difficult to find desi food away from Bangladesh, but the service could have been more welcoming. We ordered a fuchka and there was just one table where no one eas seated, but the table was not cleared and cleaned since the last customer left. There was another large table where a group of 3 were sat and we literally had the unclean table the only option left to seat. Fuchka chotpoti are street foods and the teem street food and hygiene doesn't really go together. But the seating environment could have been more delicately presented. When the other group left, we finally got to seat in their place and the table was also cleaned shortly after.
About the food, we didn't have high expectations. The food was warm, and it was just okay. The savory of the tamarind sauce was missing and the eggs and the other toppings on the fuchka seemed quite dull and not-freshly peeled. The shell of the fuchka itself was not very crispy. I would recommend to improve their service and food quality as they are serving a delicacy and representing Bangladesh. Moreover they have the potential to turn into a monopoly as the entire neighbourhood is mostly desi people, and fuchka chotpoti...
