Updated review 09/02/2022 - Experienced very poor customer service, was disappointed, I feel the location has tainted the initial enthusiasm of the people behind the counter, or the owner has just hired anyone on minimum wage. The individual taking the order seemed distracted and had a general lack of customer service skills. If you offered service like that in any other part of London you would lose customers... Customer service is everything, there are other boba tea places locally. Shouldn't matter what part of town your establishment is in, guest experience is everything, that's what separates one places from another. The guy on the till has very poor communication skills, not sure who placed him in that role. This place has definitely gone down hill since my last visit. The venue/decor is already starting to look worn and tired. The cup sealing machine was also not working, and the staff were using cling film to seal the cups, which is a major fail especially as some of the drinks require a good shake prior to drinking. Overall I can no longer recommend this place, and I will not be returning. Especially as like many others locally complacency seems to have set in, where standards no longer matter. Feedback definitely falls on deaf ears given my previous review which hinted on keeping things professional...
Previous review 2021. Bubble tea can vary from place to place, this establishment are trying hard, hats off to them. I personally experienced good customer service and good guidance on what to order. My kids absolutely loved their drinks and actually said they tasted better then Bubbleology in Westfield's. I liked their personal approach, and suggestions made from preference of taste rather than a menu, similar to a good cocktail mixologist. The owners should make more out of having a Bubblelogist making unique and personal tailored bubble teas... My own other suggestion to the owners is around making this place more professional by having staff uniforms, build a brand. Be professional always. Well done, but don't stop trying to improve, build on what you have...
Read moreWent for the first time and it was super busy maybe due to the weather and they’re still a brand new shop. I didn’t know how sweet it would be so I went for the lychee, they were out of stock on tapioca I guess they really are popular right now! I went for 100% sugar because I didn’t know if it would be sweet or not but it was REALLY sweet and I like it that way to be completely honest but judging the other comments I guess it depends on who is making your order. There was a girl at the front to take orders it was her first day she was extremely nice helpful and patient, obviously a new shop and if they were to expand maybe even closer to central London with a similar aesthetic, it would really be a blast! Good luck to everyone there i will definitely be back to try the rest of...
Read moreJust got back from here. Was busy due to Eid. The girl at the counter, white girl was very rude. Did not ask me about ice for any of my orders but was asking everyone else. When my sister asked about ice, the girl in question abruptly replied "It doesn't make a difference!". It does though, as more ice is less juice or no ice the juice gets warmer quicker. Also they were being funny about the lids with the hearts on, said it takes too long to put on when my sister requested for it. One of the other staff members, girl with the glasses was friendly compared to the other girl. P.s got our flavour wrong, we ordered pear drop juice/tea but it tastes like Rubicon passionfruit. Not really happy spending nearly £30 on drinks here with that poor level of customer service. Do...
