So currently sat in this place. I honestly beleive the convicts in prison get better service. So walked in found a table and ordered food after clearing and cleaning the table myself (didnt actually mind this at this point)
Ordered a passionfruit mojito, absolutely no passionfruit in it and even the colour says this however, they were adamant it's got passionfruit My pregnant cousin and we are talking 8 months spilt her hot tea well her belly did so asked for tissue to obviously do the right thing wiped it all up moved my pregnant cousin to another table as the booths obviously were to tight for her and I could not clean up the floor lack of tissue/mop. His then come up to me and gone what you dirty up a table and now move and I mean in a rude tone. So iv said well I didnt have a mop. To top it all off I'm sat right next to the counter before we moved and his turned around and gone £2.40 for another tea. Not saying I didn't wanna pay but we all know in a decent place they would have just refilled the same cup. I get when its spilt in other ways but he saw she was just getting into the booth and a sip wasn't even taken. I dont even mind paying it was the whole tone. Read moreAvoid at all costs behaviour is out of order you are at fault for making an order. Ordered a milk cake for collection on Uber eats. First and foremost there was no one staff wise to be seen on entering. I headed to the kitchen and asked who I assumed was a staff member that Ubereats is saying the order should be ready. As it had been 20 minutes since I placed the order and they accepted. The staff member I spoke to was saying where is my order no one acknowledged nor responded. After a further 20 minutes they finally had made the order when the staff was giving me the bag I was swiping to complete the order and was telling him next time don’t accept the order if you can’t make it in time. He grabbed the bag and said swipe it why did I order it’s my fault for ordering. That is atrocious behaviour for someone working in the hospitality sector. It was disgusting his mannerism and behaviour it was simple advice you had me there waiting not acknowledging you had an order and the customer has turned up to collect. He got riled up for no reason and proceeded to come to my face which resulted in customers coming and pushing him away for giving simple advice don’t be accepting an order not pick up the phone when I’m calling if you can’t meet the time. I recently visited this dessert shop and left feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered the Ferrero Sundae, expecting a rich, nutty treat, but what I got was far from satisfying.
First, the staff was not accommodating at all. I politely asked if they could replace the vanilla scoop with another flavour, but the server straight-up refused without even checking if it was possible. A little flexibility would have gone a long way in improving the experience.
To make matters worse, the sundae itself was barely worth the price. It had only one Ferrero Rocher chocolate, no nuts, and just a minimal drizzle of chocolate sauce. For what they charge, I expected much more—more toppings, better texture, and overall better value.
Overall, a very disappointing visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality or good service. Save your money and try...
