Coffee and ice cream are amazing but service not so much - minimal engagement with the staff but I was ok with that. However, the other day I went in to buy a Christmas cake and a lady in a beige coat was following me around the tiny shop. At first I thought she was a customer but then realised she is actually working there. She didn’t engage or ask anything and it quickly became very apparent that she was on some sort of a shoplifter watch. It was really uncomfortable and not something I ever experienced before. Not busy either, it definitely just made me give up on the cake and I left. I am not sure who needs ti hear this but this is certainly not a way to treat your customers and perhaps you need to reconsider...

Real Italian bar. Outside London there is usually a proliferation of “Italian” restaurants where the owner simply pretends to be Italian by saying “mamma mia” from time to time.

It’s not the case at all here: this is all 100% Italian food produced by real Italians, and with no spelling mistakes on the menu. Everything you will order here is amazing, and produced from high quality ingredients imported from Italy. You will find no Tesco ham in here.

This is a classic, rustic Italian all-day deli, offering the very best of Italy.
