Awful Awful awful!! From the dirty glass on the front door to the slack service and disgusting bathrooms.
Here is what I experienced. I wanted breakfast told the girl behind the bar that I needed the bathroom first she kindly issued me with a passcode. I donât know how many attempts I made to get into both toilets but it was impossible. I went back a third time to tell them I could not get in. Now bear in mind there are three girls working behind the counter one was told to go help me she looked hacked off scowling as she slovenly opened the door and gave it a shove. ( itâs just after 9am ) the bathroom had paper all over the floor and a massive amount sticking out of the bowl, a rancid, disgusting smell and what looked like urine on the floor. The stench was so overpowering I called her back telling her I simply could not go in there. She looked even more annoyed as she opened the only other available toilet. I pushed it open there is a huge mop inside the toilet bowl and the floor is just as filthy as the last one. I call her back she really is annoyed now âwhat is itâ she hisses. I show her the mop in the toilet bowl she shrugs her shoulders throws her arms in the air. Walks away saying âI canât do anything we are busyâ. Granted there was a line of customers 5 people to be exact. And three staff. But this is not what you expect. The place did not even look or feel clean.
Needless to say I left and went to Starbucks clean friendly professional ....... Final thoughts .......you really do get what...
   Read moreI walked into costa today (3/1/25) and encountered a very rude employee. I have previously worked for costa for 3 years and have never witnessed such disgusting behaviour. (name was something like sonejia or onesjia). She had light brown hair cut into a short bob and an accent, maybe albanian or polish. Myself and my mum walked in and when we got to the counter she was already rude and curt. I brushed it off thinking she was tired and i understood as i have been in that position before. I asked for my drink to be oat but was given dairy. After i said i asked for oat, she proceeded to argue with me in front customers and tell me i was wrong. And i was not wrong, i mentioned oat twice. i paid the 45p, which was fine. After giving us horrible attitude, the group of men that were after us, she was very polite to and even flirting with them- which other customers noticed. After all of that, i let it go and overheard her say to another customer that she will ârepeat the order as customers can misunderstandâ. So we decided to leave as this was quite frankly bullying.    Read moreToday I was in Costa in West Ealing the behaviour of the 2 staff was not professional. Throw strip of paper cups at each other. Pretending to smash a cup over the other. Instead of cleaning tables. Customers eating food bought elsewhere n only asked for tap water. Spending more time speaking to "know customer" and making it special...whatever that means. Banter has its place...customer service...etc When I asked for the manager...was told he left at 1pm. Asked who was in charge...it was one of the two I had been watching. NO MANAGER EXPLAINS EVERYTHING BUT WHY WASNT THEIR A SUITABLE PERSON? However...both have skills as I initially watched them work together in harmony...fast place...was really great to watch. Then insulting each other. Sitting down and throwing strips of cups to each other... I think someone needs to remind these two that people have eyes n they are the face of costa...if I was the owner that is not how I wasnt my staff to behave in public with my logo on their shirts. PROFESSIONALISM PEOPLE. IT WILL CARRY YOU TO BETTER WORKING FUTURE. HAVE PRIDE...
