Creams, is renowned for its diverse culinary scene and exceptional service standards. When it comes to dining experiences, the combination of impeccable service and delectable food can truly elevate a meal. The heart of a memorable dining experience lies in the attentiveness of the staff. From the moment you step in, the warm greetings and genuine smiles set the tone for what's to come, making you feel valued and welcome.

Furthermore, the quality of service extends beyond just politeness; it encompasses knowledge about the menu, attentiveness to dietary preferences, and promptness in addressing any requests. A knowledgeable server who can provide insights into the dishes and recommend pairings can enhance the overall dining experience. Moreover, the ability of the staff to anticipate needs and ensure a seamless flow of the meal contributes significantly to a positive dining experience.

In addition to exceptional service, the quality of the food served plays a pivotal role in shaping one's dining experience. The taste, presentation, and freshness of the dishes all contribute to creating a memorable meal. A well-thought-out menu that caters to various tastes and dietary requirements, coupled with skilled chefs who deliver consistently delicious dishes, can leave a lasting impression on diners. Each bite should be a harmonious blend of flavors, showcasing the culinary expertise of the kitchen.

In conclusion, a dining experience that combines exceptional service and delectable food can leave a lasting impact on patrons. When the service is attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized, and the food is of high quality, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor, it creates a synergy that transcends a simple meal. It transforms dining into an experience, making it not just about sustenance but a journey of delight for the senses and a special thank you Emmalid for her outstanding customer...

We came as a group of 10 people to have some family fun. The customer service really ruined the experience. We were given a table that was clearly very too small for our group and there was a larger booth next to us that had just 2 people. We said we would wait for the couple to finish and then use that booth. The member of staff that was seating us went over to the couple and said to them 'the group over there are wondering when you were leaving'. I felt this was very unprofessional and could have caused an unnecessary conflict. So a member of my group went over to apologise and let them know that we weren't hurrying them up and simply explained to them that we are happy to wait for them to finish. The couple were very kind and offered to switch tables with us.

When the food arrived the woman serving us just threw the plates on the table. There was no explanation of what it was or trying to gauge whose food it was. We then had to ask please can you let us know what it is when you're putting the plates down so we can work out who has what (we had children at the table which is why we requested this). There were a number of orders that were incorrect, so we gave them the receipt so they could check the order before bringing it to the table. We then had 3 of the orders turn up to the table without any strawberries which we had paid extra for. So when I said we had paid for strawberries we were told 'yeah we ran out of strawberries'. I was extremely frustrated by this as this was not communicated to us when placing the order or before or when the order was bought to us. Since we would have changed the order if we knew there was no strawberries.

We had the manager come to the table so that he could rectify the situation. He did apologise and gave us one complimentary waffle. However, the rudeness of the staff just ruined the entire experience and put a downer on what was meant to be a fun...

Fred had a lovely personality and even though I was a little annoyed cause the person who served me was acting OTT about changing my ice cream flavor. Fred changed all of that..... from an "okay" experience to a "great" experience within the last 5 mins of me leaving.

I wanted to order The Surprise me for 2 people on (10/08/2020) I was served by a guy who wasn't wearing the creams uniform at about 4.30pm. I get to the till and was informed there was no strawberry sauce and I replied with okay I want a chocolate sauce. I also said I didn't want strawberry slices and can my ice cream be changed from Buenot gelato to vanilla ice cream. He says to me 'you can only make one change to the order'. He told me the Buenot ice cream was nice and allowed me to try it. I asked what change I made. I didn't know asking for something to be taken away (I would be saving them strawberry slices) was considered a change.

Anyways I said okay he can put the strawberry slices but I still wanted my ice cream to be vanilla. I paid and im guessing he finally clicked in his head and realised he would be saving money by not putting the strawberry slices. So I got my order with NO strawberry slices (If I did get the strawberry slices with the order I would picked it out to the side and not eaten it - would have been wasted). So it was like all of that for what -_-

Anyways Fred came along all bubbly just as me and my bf was about to leave...... and you know when someone's demeanor is soo infectious. He was happy asked how the service was. He was smiling and happy and it was hard not to smile or be happy. My review would have been a 3 star but Fred is too sick for a 3 star....

I recently visited Creams Dalston and had the pleasure of being served by Emmalid. From the moment I walked in, Emmalid’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an excellent experience. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations that perfectly suited my taste. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for her work were evident throughout my visit. The dessert itself was fantastic, but Emmalid’s exceptional service truly made my visit memorable. She ensured that everything was perfect, checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail are commendable and added a special touch to the overall experience. I highly recommend visiting Creams Dalston and hope to be served by Emmalid again. She exemplifies excellent customer service and makes every visit enjoyable.

The staff were nice , I can't say anything bad about them. Hardworking and polite. But the desserts. Wow . The only positive is that I was looking for a doormat for my house and the waffle could be a perfect replacement. Rubbery and waterproof. The cookie dough , was clumpy and dry. I never give negative reviews. I'm sharing this in case you got desperate and wanted good dessert with your friends. Don't go for it. The cookie dough is priced between £6 and £9 and so not cheap. We spent nearly £30 and was not able to finish The hot chocolate according to my friend 'tasted like an Amazon parcel' Avoid . Even if you can't find anything decent. Donate the money to Oxfam across the road instead. Sorry creams nothing personal. I'll edit if you get better in future!

Food - 3/5 Service - 4/5 Ambience - 2/5 Cost - 4/5 The desserts are fair, nothing fancy or special; very sweet. Good for kids or those with a very sweet tooth, drinks are nice though. The service was fine, the staff were mostly friendly and helpful; helping with suggestions etc. Not much of an ambience but it’s a nice place to sit with friends for a short while. The cost is fair, not high for where it is - Creams Cafe is a franchise so their prices are generally uniform. Wouldn’t necessarily go back for the desserts unless taking someone else (like a younger relative) but I’d certainly return for the drinks!
