As a crumble lover was impressed to see the variety on offer at this store and it being Black owned was an added bonus.
However, despite being a repeat customer, I am not happy with their customer service. Went recently and they didn’t fulfil my order correctly on purpose.
I asked for a two fruits in the crumble and only got one. They knew this when they did my order as I heard the guy ask where is xx fruit filling - the one missing in my order - whilst he was doing my order. Rather than tell me they didn’t have it and have pick another, he just doubled up on the other fruit. I asked for two fruit fillings for a reason and if one wasn’t available he should’ve said and ask me what I wanted instead of making the decision for me and doing that.
Will be sticking to places like Humble Crumble from now on because they don’t do that AND they are willing to separate the crumble from filling and custard for takeaways - something this store...

Not only are their desserts made to order, but they also offer a great degree of customisation for both the crumble and the base, making it difficult to choose just one. In addition to crumbles, they also serve pancakes, cheesecakes, and waffles, all of which are vegan-friendly. One thing that stood out for me was the incredibly delicious custard I had. It was no joking matter and at just £1, it was an amazing value for money. The owner made me feel incredibly welcomed, and I even spotted a few games in the shop too, adding to the overall experience. Whether you're a vegan or not, this dessert shop is definitely worth checking out. The fact that it's all vegan is just the icing on the cake. So, don't miss out on this fantastic dessert shop - you won't be...
