Daily Fresh Naan — Restaurant in London

Me my husband and daughter, walked in around 12:45pm on Upton Park branch . Sunday afternoon on 13th of February 2022 to buy 3 wraps. The guy was serving a lady customer before with 5 wraps , after that he served a man. Then he knows it was my turn next, but he was asking other people to confirm if it was my turn next !

I had orders 2 chicken wraps and 1 falafel wraps. His face was not happy at all too serve us. May be I’m not a Muslim and I’m an south Asian Indian woman !!!

He did not even make a proper wrap filling at all!! More over when asked him for chilly and sauce , all he said in a rude way that it’s all in the wrap, where in just a fraction of seconds back right in front of me he actually served a Muslim lady with all smile in his face and gave her sauce and extra chilly in a box instantly, which my daughter was watching as well.!

Where in when I asked him, he said no ! And then I asked him again he gave sum sliced cucumbers in a tissue paper as equal in throwing in someone’s face !!!!

This clearly shows how is attitude is towards south Indian person or may be I’m not a Muslim! I’m sorry to say that because of this kid of racism behaviour you are giving a bad image of the community you belong to and the customer services you have given today was outstanding with Racism and unwillingness to serve. To be honest we came in to but Naan and my daughter wanted wrap.

In fact my 11 yr old daughter clearly felt what racism means today because of the services received. She witnessed everything in from of her eyes, It’s such a shame to teach young Generations with this kind of example.

I will never come back to your shop again who is showing racism and not treating people the right way .

1st you have treat everyone equally and Everybody is somebody. And your self is an migrant community shop in the 1st place and your are discriminating people I’m not buying things for free in your shop not begging to take things for free. I’m paying for what I’m purchasing and treat people...

First time visit yesterday evening..

Staff not wearing facemask and shop not even fallowing social distancing rules by allowing too many customers inside.

Customer service is bad, with an element of rudeness.

One of the young looking worker was too busy flirting with the 3 Asian girls in front of customers and then forgets to serve a long waiting customer and decides to serve another customer who he knew and walked in claiming that they were here first when in fact they only just walked in.

I couldn't believe how long they spent serving the 3 Asians girls and to then be flirting with them aswell. I thought this was a Muslim place; so much for being Islamic as the wrong message is being sent here.

Seen serving Chips without even straining the oil when taking off the fryer. Without a care of the customer serving oily chips to them; no care on standard's at all.

All 3 needs to be seen and improved if I was to return or recommend this place to anyone.

Businesses thrive when the balance is good between a customer service and food quality.

A real shame, overall food such as the Shawarma is okay; but could be far better, just let down by...

Honestly I didn't know this place because the sign doesn't look nice and it doesn't mention about the sharwama so I just expected it to be a naan place.

But one day my dad recommended me to go there and all I can say is WOW.

I did not expect it to be this good!

I ordered a mixed sharwama and the flavour of the meat is top tier and of high quality. Portions are decent. Could be slightly better if I'm being honest but it is what it is.

What makes it even better is the FRESH naan they use. That is unbeatable! And their chilli sauce is amazing. It compliments really well with the meat. It's got a good kick and when asking for extra sauce, it made it so much better!

My mouth is watering writing this review 😂 and I plan to go back there again tomorrow. I come from Kent so it's not local to me but if anyone is ever in Green St to do shopping then forget all those other dead fast food places. This is LEGIT.

Service was really good too considering how busy they are. They're very patient while dealing with customers. Very tough for them but they're doing well.
