We booked our table prior to visiting the resturant. We booked the resturant for my sisters birthday. We arrived on time but we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. We requested to be seated on the table that had the water flowing but we were given normal tables. After that table got empty we had to move ourselves there. We were a group of 8 that went so you can imagine it will take abit of time to decide what all.of us wanted the waiters kept asking are ready. When we wanted to order the manager came to take our order forget taking our orders he was too busy using his personal phone and also kept on looking around the whole resturant like his bored and he doesn't want to be here. Eventually he took our and took it wrong. We got our food which was ok had better Pakistani food. After we finished eating the waiter came to clean the table but he only cleaned half the table and left the other half. I had to call the waiter over to request for the table to be cleaned fully. After the table got cleared finally I asked for the manager to get the cake we got out. 10 minute of waiting they still havnt bought it out I went to the manager and asked what is happening I've had to ask you to clear the table then now I've had to ask again for the cake what type of customer service is this. He apologised and said his sorting it out. They got the cake out and switched the lights off and played a baby's bday song I was so furious my sisters is 39 not a baby that was so embarrassing. After we finished I asked for the cake box they had the audacity if throw away the cake box without asking his if we wanted it back. We then had to take the remaining cake in foil containers because we refuse to take it in the dirty cake box. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for good customer service. The interior of the place is very nice nice and modern but the service is 0%

The best Asian breakfast in Tooting. Sunday mornings are the usual family gathering day for a traditional Asian breakfast of Halwa, puri, haleem and anything else that you fancy. The non-initiated, be aware that there is no tone down of flavours to cater for the western pallet. Its all 100% authentic Pakistani/Indian cuisine with waiters from the region go match. The Mago lassi is a great alternative to the European orange juice ick me up in the morning and the bread are made to order - hot and fresh. The entire place is so inviting with the smells of spices and baking all at the same time. You may need to reserve as the place is popular with the locals who know quality and want standard good service. There is plenty of space for large or small groups - we Asians tend to gather in our tribal packs! There is even an open place for the toddlers to play, you can watch them while you eat, how convenient. They have recently refurbished and its clean and well maintained. Casual family dining that you can rely on. If your passing through it is one of the best places to eat in the area so give it a try at any time. Four stars as the tea and coffee and desserts options are not so good but food-wise it's hard to find fault.

Went there for lunch today after not having been for ages and post their refurb. The food was delicious as always. We especially went for halwa puri chole and also ordered charsi lamb so my friend could try something punjabi that was different from the norm . Both were really good. I wish though that they would add a few dry fruit in the halwa. In our whole dish there was one single raisin! Overall the food is lovely flavourful. Prices are reasonable. They were very busy and perhaps that’s why the service was a bit erratic. We especially made a point of ordering a jug of mint mojitos (delicious and highly recommend) as soon as we sat down. Then I had to ask for it two more times before we got it which was after our food had arrived. They also forgot our raita until we realised it was missing and asked for it. The one thing that really irritated us was the waitress. She interrupted our discussion to ask for a positive google review and asked us to mention her by name. Then insisted we do it right then! This is the same waitress who forgot our drink order AND who we didn’t see until she interrupted us. So to Pooja: this is not the way to get positive reviews.

First thing it's embarrassing when the manger/owner (who is used to swearing) talks with staff with swearing words, i understand the language and I am with family and feeling very bad. The staff even the guy who took the order, don't know how to serve the food on the table when you charge extra to eat in. I order three items and all items come at different times. I don't want to say but the food quality is very very poor. I ordered sekh kebab. It's cooked fresh but serves badly. Served on a cold iron plate with uncooked onion.( You can serve it on a small plate if it's freshly cooked. The Afghan chapel kebab is very soggy from the bottom, it's just a normal sekh kebab mixer and cooked earlier and just microwave it and serve it.(if you don't know how to make it, you can use the ready mix masala for that) Last the masala fish. Even the white fish from Lidl is thicker than that. It was served uncooked and when we complained. The guy took it and came back after some with the same leftover fish which was worse, filled with oil, burned,it's so thin that it folded. You should reconsider your service attitude and food quality.

I went to try this Pakistani place at Tooting during EOTHO scheme in August. Found a long line in front of this restaurant and other restaurants too. While we were waiting, we have been served free dessert called Jalebi The restaurant was full and while standing outside, I could see the guys how quickly they were clearing, cleaning and arranging the tables for the next guest. I was served by Waleed who recommended me to order kebab roll, haleem and chicken tikka biryani which, no doubt, were delicious, spicy and fresh and wish that the quantity wise it could be more as compare to the prices which I found quite pricey or expensive. (Or could be fine for others). Staff were attentive, making sure everything is in place and were asking everyone if they need or doing okay. The restaurant was so full that it does not feel that we were actually eating during Covid 19. There was no social distancing. There bathroom really need Urgent attention. I only wonder why Asian restaurants overlook the cleanliness. Overall, the food was good and am glad I tried a Pakistani Cuisine.

Just amazing. Restaurant look extremely luxurious when you come in , however the price was modest. Really cheap for London. Food to die for. Most of the food we ordered was brilliant. Dont even know where to start . Perhaps bryani chicken & lamb was good. So their bryani is more mild compared to the Indian bryani which is my favourite because its more intense in spices and flavours. These ones are milder softer in flavours. It doesnt come with dhal which im used to but cant fault them to that. We had tandoory chicken and garlic butter naan. Naan could be improved id say. Not as soft and fluffy as id like it. Perhaps not their strong point. Dessert on gulab jamun is a cheery on top of the cake. Im a dessert person so this is still my best gulab jamun ever. Soft , sweet and has warm sugar herbal tast to it , likely cardamom or something cant tell but Im crying inside thinking about it though its been 3 weeks since. Service- on point. They are all smiles. One was so sharp we thought hes likely a spy or something.
