Diamond Pizza — Restaurant in London

Customer services and communication is non existent unfortunately. Ordered through just eat. Order was two pizzas, however there is no option on just eat for pizza base's.So called up literally 30 seconds of placing the order and explained we would like the base to be thin crust for noth pizzas .Unfortunately the women on the phone did not have a clue what we were talking about. She was so confused. We repeated what we have ordered on four occasions, we wanted both pizza's base to be thin crust. When the pizzas arrived one was thin curst the other was deep pan. We called and spoke to the same women and she said the pizzas were already in the oven by the time we called. HUH.! how is this possible..? How did they manage to make one thin and other deep if the pizzas was already in the oven. Speaking to the women for over three mins and she had no clue on how to speak or understand what we saying. Her English was not the best, and this is fine. However she clearly did not understand what we meant. She then passed the phone to a man The man (Molick) that was his name. He said the pizzas were in the oven being made by the time we called. How can this be possible, but some how they knew that we wanted thin crust but only made one. To be honest after a long discussion they did not admit their mistake but did say they will make me a new pizza if I collect Unfortunately collection was not possible for us. Only possible explanation is they posses telekinesis powers that have not reach its full potential and not fully mutated yet. Sad times as the food on this occasion was not great, felt bloated and had diarrhea. Being one of the few halal pizza places who do paneer pizza, it is a shame we will not be ordering from...

The first occasion my order was an hour late. After 30 minutes of waiting I called them asking for an update, what takes so long. The lady over the phone did not speak English at all. She didn't even apologize for the order being delayed. She was continuously shouting in her own language with other staff in the background whilst on the phone. After 5 minutes I was able to figure out the box is too large and they couldn't find a person to deliver it. The pizza arrived an hour late: it was stone cold and dry on the outside, soggy in the inside, perfect to bin it.

Trying to give them a second chance was a terrible decision. As usually I called them a half hour later: when the staff member confirmed the same issue: the box is to big, and they can not find a delivery person. At least, he spoke English, he was respectful and did apologize for the inconvenience, however his manager rejected my request to cut the pizza in half and deliver it in two boxes.

Do not ever order from this place, they will waste your...

I want to say I have ordered a pizza with specific topping as I’m allergic with Mushroom this people have sent me a pizza with mushroom and also the other topping which I haven’t even kept.

When I have contacted instead of rectifying there mistake they were just telling it’s closing time and I am hungry was waiting for the order since so long on the Christmas Day.

Not only sending a wrong order the staff don’t know how to speak to there customer, while working in such kind of business the employee should try to sort the issue but no help and the other main thing I was speaking but the have just kept the phone aside which is really disrespectful as I was listening there talk and even though not a single hello even not informed me to hold for a while why are they even working if they don’t know how to treat a customer!!! Worst service will never ever...
