Diana Fish Bar London — Restaurant in London

Hi i ordered food at 6:30pm and delivered 7:15pm. With missing drink so rang them they said they would send my drink out. 30minites went by still no drink so rang back and they said the same thing they would send me out one 15 minutes went by rang again same thing 15 minutes went by again by this time it was a hour after my food still no drink so rang them again same thing and yet again another 15 minutes went by. By this time I getting annoyed keep chasing. So mum rang them. My drink finally arrived 1hour and 35minutes later and when the food came it was cold. If they do this to every person how much money will they be gaining will i got news for you no one can pull wool over my eyes as i know what i ordered. The staff are rude and their service is poor too. They only brought half the food we ordered and when I made a complaint they were rude during the call and even had the ordacity to hang up on me whilst I was making the complaint about my order. I called back and they refuse to answer my calls. Hungry House refunded me (who are actually helpful and sorted a refund which was nice of them) the restaurant refused to refund me for THEIR mistake and I'm just appalled at their customer service to be honest. I would not bother with this place even if there was nowhere else to order from. I'm giving them ZERO stars (had to give 1* to write this review or believe me they'd be getting a zero) Just don't bother with them...

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Ordered food on their website and was told they had recieved the order, called them about 1hr after ordering to be then be told that they only take cash cause the servers were down, and that our food was on the way but needed to be paid by cash on delivery and that our food was on the way and the money has been taken from my account. I’ve then been waiting 1hr more and our food is still not here and the shop is shut with no one to call or anything. So they have taken the money when serves were apparently down and told us the food was on the way when in fact, our order hasn’t left the shop and they have got my money. Not very happy and will definitely not be...
