Amigos Burgers & Shakes-Whitechapel — Restaurant in London

So I've been to the original Amigos in Acton many years ago and it was worth all the hype, I've also been to the Shepherds Bush branch (also years ago, not worth the hype), the Stratford branch and finally this branch, I was so excited that they opened up a branch in East London, then even more excited when they opened one up even closer. However, I have to say that none of the branches I have been to live up to the hype of the original Acton branch and the quality seems to be getting worse.

The burger, flavor wise was okay however the chips tasted stale, they had a horrible texture and a weird taste. I had believed it was the condiments added to the burger that makes it taste better, but I also know how important it is to have the best texture beef as the patty being dry made a very average experience. The bin was overflowing even though there were hardly any customers in the store. This branch needs improvements, if they make them I will gladly return. Until then Chicago burgers will be my first choice, as Amigos seems to be becoming a "halal Mcdonalds" type...

We ordered 4 chicken burgers and specifically mentioned that we want chicken burgers because a few of us don’t eat beef but they gave us beef burgers, which is not a problem- mistakes happen, but the staff is extremely rude. We went back to tell him that could you please change it as it is not the right order, but the guy firstly didn’t accept his mistake. Secondly, started yelling at my friend saying that it’s our fault and we didn’t tell him that the order was chicken. I didn’t ask the guy’s name but he was yelling at my friend as if we are asking for the service for free. We will never go to this branch of amigos again and recommend others not to go here to as the service is pathetic.I hope the management reads this and trains their staff as to how to talk to...
