We've had breakfast and now lunch at the Divan Café twice and so far it's been all good. The food and drinks are obviously the most important, they have been enjoyable, flavoursome, and of good quality, the service is efficient and friendly and cleanliness is of an acceptable standard. We live in a world of ever increasing prices, so bearing this in mind the meals are of a reasonable cost. We will be eating there again. Read moreWe ordered 2 cheese & onion toasties & 2 black coffees 1 decaf 1 normal. The coffees where ok. The toasties on the other hand where soggy/sweaty the only way I could describe it. It had obviously been toasted but the toast had gone soggy & im sure the onions tasted fried my friend said they wasnt . Should of complained there & then but we was hungry & in a rush. We'd both settled on cod and for the price I wasn't expecting the massive piece of freshly fried cod I received and thoroughly enjoyed. Also had enough room for their delicious sticky toffee pudding and custard. Well worth the visit, I will be returning soon to sample some more of their varied menu.
