but I'm changing it to 5 stars

Because the food was beyond good, they did offer make it right on the day and finally the franchise owner took the time to write a respectful apology in response.

I stayed away for 2 days in beckton for work and found myself on the hunt for food.

Dominoes had a £7.99 deal going on as stuffed crust for the extra £3 and your on for a winner.

However I have only given four stars for the following reasons...

First night was a bit of a shambles the delivery moped driver took my order as they appeared to be very understaffed

He said it would be about 10 minutes over 20 minutes later he asked if normal chicken would be ok because they had no tandoori chicken 😳 it's not even in the oven yet !! 😡

I'd been at work since 5am it was now 6pm and I'm standing about because he never knew a very large order came in before my order was processed.

A little time later I got the pizza and went back to my van, popped the pizza open and it was covered in olives that I didn't order and don't like... I went back in and spoke to him, he checked the order and said bring the first pizza back in and they will make another.... I asked how long it would take ? about 20 mins 🤯

He offered a free bottle of pop should I want to keep it and pick off the olives which I accepted.

Here's the kicker ... This was possibly the best and freshest pizza I've eaten in years (once I picked most the olives off)

(Fyi: The olives they use at dominoe's were totally different to the ones I've tried before, cut into small ringlets they were pleasantly sweeter and had the texture of a firm sausage and not at all bitter.)

This was a real quality pizza that had me questioning why the ones in Birmingham dominoe's don't look or taste like this did ??

I was that impressed that I went back today and ordered another to bring home.

I was served by the person preparing the pizzas and today it all went without a hitch and again the pizza was fantastic... I brought half home for my mrs's tea and she agrees it's far superior to the ones we usually get from the local outlets...🤔

The shop was very clean with big glass viewing Windows so you can watch them prepare your food.

I dropped them 1 star for the mess up on the first night but it would've been 5 stars and highly recommended Under...

Do not order from this dominoes they do not care about their customers. Is the worst dominoes I’ve ever ordered in my life. Peter came right cold drinks and dips I paid for where missing. The delivery driver turned up in rush-hour in the car. He’s obviously delivered other pizzas before bringing mine. It was cold. I’ve had to put it in the oven to heat it up. The driver said he would be 10 mins. I called them and was told it would come on my next order? I do not live at the address. I was then told it would be 40 mins. Then I asked for a full refund as I had already paid that wasn’t going to happen. Instead they said they will send a driver he will be 10 mins. I been waiting an hour. I have never complained ABOUT FOOD ON A REVIEW IN MY LIFE. SO TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE BUNCH OF GUYS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL JUST THE WAY THE SPOKE ON THE PHONE I COULD TELL. Worst dominos every hands down. The cheap chicken and pizza shops on just eat will be your best option. If you are in beckton that is. I’m typing this review still waiting for the missing stuff. No offer for half a refund or something on the house. Was called by a driver saying he will be 5 mins. Lol it’s been 20 since. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE. An the dominos is mine away. Food is good- pizza Nice etc, cookies burned always but I don’t mind really. Drivers are the worst - you wait over 1 hr for food. Ok. I can wait... but then - they too lazy to bring you food... last time guy calling me that he is at number 63(I have 65) and he can’t find my number. I told him will come outside the flat. And what?? He is sitting in the car and didn’t even went to look for my flat. Told him his car is not 65 and he came, basically throw this food at me and left. Made official complain but they don’t care. Today is raining. Guy called me he is on the car park. I told him I can come out so he doesn’t have to look for the door but I can’t go there because have 1.5yo and 6months old kid home and I am alone. He said ok and I went outside he didn’t move from car.... I back home because didn’t have shoes. After 5mins I went to his cR and took my food and gave him a lecture where he was laughing and said “sorry”. I told him no need for sorry I was needed delivery, not on car park but home delivery.

Terrible, lazy drivers who don’t give a damn. I don’t mind to go outside but if I am alone with kids and I leave for 1 min from home they cry like I am gonna leave...
