Domino's Pizza - London - Chadwell Heath — Restaurant in London

This is not a reflection of the food served by dominos as i never got as far as receiving my order. I tried to order £130 worth of food via their online app. To my disappointment they have a maximum spend of £100. This is fine we decided to call instead to order. They proceed to take our order and then inform us they will call us back with a deal. This is great we wait patiently. When they call back they give us a price of £101 which is a lot cheaper then ordering less food online (we ordered extra over the phone) but then went on to say that they will send a delivery driver to collect the £100 before they have made our food or deliver our food. I have never heard anything so Ludacris in all my life. why i would give them over my money in cash before they have delivered my order i don't know. They did not give the option for us to pay over the phone and insisted on coming to collect the money to which i refused and decided to take my custom else where. I have ordered many takeaways in my life amounting to more the £100 and have never had anyone refuse to make my order without collecting payment from my front door in cash first. I ordered two pizzas on some deal that they had, I payed £27 in total with a delivery fee. Second time I have same issue… I paid extra for a big garlic dip fist time I didn’t get that at all I told it to the driver get no answer from him money wasn’t refunded for it aether.. second time driver brought me bbq dip instead of garlic, I said it’s a wrong dip and I didn’t take it as he dropped it all over my front door and corridor of my apartment (it was an accident) but anyways it’s not the dip that I ordered.. pizzas wasn’t fresh I ordered chicken fest and Texas bbq they both looked very over cooked the toppings didn’t look fresh and it seemed that it’s been done like a long time ago it’s been dry and looked like nothing of how it’s suppose to look. Taste wasn’t good to.. Very disappointed to be honest.. (I’m not the person who’s often writing reviews) but this time it really got on my nerves. This Dosminos place really needs to solve...

Been this branch for collecting my order over phone yesterday, Firstly I was surprised when my order has taken quickly and promised that it'll be ready for collection in next 10-15 minutes max. When I arrive to the store for collection it was ready on time and the store manager is very pleasant with his service and attitude. I been this branch few times and he recognised me as a returning customer which surprised me & make me more comfortable as a customer. Plus he introduced me meal deal offer which I didn't knew and it definitely helped me to save my bank. But after all of this the most important part about the food quality, which I must have to say that, my food came hot and fresh from oven which me and my family enjoy a lot this weekend and for what it makes to leave this review here, either it'll be injustice with the team. Hats off Chadwell Heath Domino's. You guys making the best pizza of the town without any doubt......
