Domino's Pizza - London - Leyton Bakers Arms — Restaurant in London

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I love how their service is always fantastic and they keep the spot clean consistently.;4 The food is consistently well prepared and delicious, staff members gives good customer service. I really like how clean it is and atmosphere;4 Service was bad, the cashier talked with her friend after they ordered for 5 or so min before moving onto take my order.;3 Absolutely terrible. Waited 24 minutes for a simple TAKEAWAY;3 Great for takeaways and good setup to show how the pizzas are prepared. Good pizza options too with sides;4 This visit there went very good, nice food in general.;4 make pizzas, a nightmare can't get along with this Asian lady receiving the order.;3 Great service I went to the store in Leyton to order me and my daughter pizza, a gentle named bustan was really helpful and friendly.;4 Wasn't cooked properly, and the toppings chosen were not put on at all and only sweetcorn was on the pizza. A complete waste of money!;3 Just go into store. Delivery time is a joke. Staff and drivers are overwork;2 good so far a very nice place to eat.;5 Great pizzas staff sorted us out as well we order for a staff party everyone was happy...

Order from here regularly. Up until now that is... Placed an order and one of the pizzas arrived wrong, called to resolve the problem and got through to a female manager that offered a refund instead of replacement (which in itself isn't an awful resolution, but in this case wasn't appropriate) Informed her that we would require our actual order, at which point her tone changed from one of customer service to one of accusation; informing me abruptly that she would require the other pizza returned in exchange... This wasn't a huge problem but I found her tone an issue (as if she had assumed we were attempting to get a £10 pizza for free... please!) The replacement arrived in a decent time although the poor delivery guy had to ask us for the now cold and useless pizza we had initially received in error in exchange, saying "my boss needs that one back"... Not only was it a less than perfect situation to begin with but the awkward exchange and people eating 40 minutes apart ruined an otherwise nice night... Don't order on Thursdays to avoid...

Great place to get a quick delivery if you are local. Food can be tracked on your phone/tablet/laptop from the moment you place your order. You are given the option to place your order in person at one of numerous stores. Over the phone, or online. I'm an online person at it has never let me down yet. I can track just when to get up and start walking to the door it is that good. The food comes steaming hot, I do live quite close though lol. The deliver driver is always polite and lifts up his visor if on a bike, and greets me properly and politely, and leaves saying 'Thank you for choosing Dominos pizza. Please enjoy your meal'. Or words to that effect. And they always offer to close my door and my gate, which not all delivery people door. The pizza/food is always delivered immaculately. As pretty as a picture. Steaming hot and most importantly it smells fresh. Dominos have tailored the craft and got it down to a fine art. Don't change anything. You are perfect just the...
