Domino's Pizza - London - Surrey Quays — Restaurant in London

To whom it may concern,

I hope this finds you well. I'm contacting you as it's my 32nd birthday on Friday 7th May and since the 12th April I have been adhering to Ramadan in support of my housemate who practices Ramadan every year.

If you look at my Domino's account (and much to my friends and housemates disbelief) you will see prior to Ramadan I more or less ordered from you every week without fail with an order of up to £50 - often just for myself. As part of Ramadan I refrained from eating Domino's to see if I could and to go without something that I love.

To reward my self control my housemates and I decided what a way to celebrate my birthday than ordering a HUGE Domino's for us all (within COVID-19 guidelines).

I'm not sure if there is anything you could do extra for my birthday - special discount, extra pizzas, maybe a domino's cake etc but I thought no harm in asking.

We will be ordering Domino's to be delivered around 8.33pm as that is when the sunsets. Feel free to contact me to discuss this rather odd request.

I recently ordered two large pizzas from the Domino's at London - Surrey Quays using the app. While one pizza was deliciously perfect, the other one turned out to be too salty. I decided to email my feedback, and to my pleasant surprise, Khalil from Domino's gave me a call the next day.

Khalil was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my experience. He asked about the details and assured me that for any future issues, I could call the restaurant directly for immediate assistance. His warm and caring approach turned a minor hiccup into a great customer service experience.

Khalil, you truly are a pizza hero! Your dedication to customer satisfaction is top-notch, and you made sure I felt heard and valued. If only every customer service experience could be as wonderful as this one!

Went in shop Ordered a collection pizza for starters and wasn't asked which crust I wanted. I had to ask. Secondly. My pizza was made by a member of staff wearing no gloves. He could have been a covid carrier or had worms u see his nails which could have been passed on via his handling of food materials. So I came back ten minutes later to collect the pizza 🍕 took it home only to find out it wasn’t cooked enough and not well done. Very doughy. Gooey. Sickening. Not really what I was expecting. Won’t be ever using domino’s again or recommending them to anyone ever. Poor...
