Doner Inn — Restaurant in London

Regular customer who has given them the benefit of the doubt too many times (we're talking about 50 orders over the past 3-4 years).

They are rude, obnoxious and insist on talking in urdu/hindi/gujurati in a no doubt disparaging manner about customers (you can join the dots as they chat in their native language whilst looking in a certain way at people - uncomfortable when you're in the queue - (remember Doner Inn, these people are paying your wages)).

But poor customer service is redundant when you get great food...

This is SO far from the case here.

Yes, this is a kebab house so you're hardly going to get served wagyu steak on a silver platter... but having seen the demise of this establishment over the years; with incredibly small portions and increasing prices (you know you're struggling when you have to ask bossman to put a third strip of doner meat in your L kebab)... at what point do you write a review?

Today was the last time we let it slide... we ordered two kebabs and a side order... I get home and realise I am missing £6 worth or order... mistakes happen, it's fine....human nature and all that... until I ring up and mention this and am laughed at on the phone and hung up on...

It won't be long until your establishment is closed down because clientele don't put up with this nonsense nowadays - they go to places where they are treated fairly and the food is anything above average to OK.

TLDR: AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE - choose the bigger idiots up the road (King Rooster) at least they are...

Their doner is absolutely delicious, and I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed their food. The flavours are fantastic, and I can never fault the quality of their dishes. However, their service is consistently disappointing and really lets them down. On this particular occasion, after placing my order, I called the store to request five extra chilli sauce dip pots, which I paid for over the phone. The person I spoke to assured me that they would include the sauces with my order. Since I live close to the store, the food was delivered quite promptly—within about 10 minutes. However, when the delivery arrived, I was frustrated to find that the extra sauces I’d specifically asked for were completely missing. What a terrible place. Please avoid if you trying to have food delivered. I have ordered a large Mixed kebab to be delivered via Uber Eats but the kebab that arrived was not a mix kebab and had hardly any meat in it. Looked like maybe they gave me a wrong item. That was my first experience. I’ve made mistake and tried to order again few days later. This time the order that supposed to be delivered within 25 min (they are located 5 min from me ) wasn’t even delivered after an hour.
