Steam & Bean Coffee Lounge(Halal Food) — Restaurant in London

I came in  today with my kids I asked for slush, I was told to wait which I did patiently. Another customer came in after me and he asked for slush he was served before me! And was not told to wait! I asked the worker or owner why the other customer was served before me. He claimed his colleague who served the customer who came in after me didn't hear him when he told her I was before him. Which is not true as I heard him from afar and she acknowledged what he said. If she never why didn't he stop her from serving the other customer who came in after. The owners or worker became very aggressive when I told him the situation. I told him "I want to pay and leave." He slammed the card machine on the counter and told me to foff and continued to swear at me in front of my young kids. He shouted slurs and said "DO NOT COME BACK!" I felt intimidated and shaken so I left immediately.

Please let me know how I misbehaved? Why are you making this up? Is it because you are the owner and it was you who I spoke to. Show me evidence from CCTV what I did wrong? I am happy to come in and you can show me. You or your worker did not apologise he was constantly defending the female member of staff on how she served the other customer before me! Even after you told her I was before. She served the other customer. Why? Clearly you or your staff misbehaved It gave you the right to swear at me in front of my children and other customers. Don't make up lies because I left a honest review. I simply spoke up for being treated lesser of a customer than the other customer. You was just suprised that I stood up for myself. Even now you are arrogant to simply apologise. Stop the lies and be honest. You said in your respinse supppot your workers so you support them swearing at customers in front of minors? You said CC camera has sounds. What did I say exactly that shows I misbehaved? I was upset for being treated less! Which anyone would feel. Did I swear? No, your worker did. Did I shout? As you enter after a hard day's work or from the hot summer weather (or the future oncoming cold of winter), you'll be pleasantly welcomed to the cosy atmosphere of this pleasant coffee lounge. Steam & bean is a new cafe on barking road, the shop was previously employed by “paddy power”. It’s near the East Ham library. This cafe has a lot of potential, their coffee beans and machines are average. The Manger/Barista Shamsul is a very friendly person, who knows what he is doing. He knows all the recipes and techniques for a variety of different coffees, the hygiene levels in this cafe are above average. Overall, it’s a nice, neat, cosy, well decorated, modern cafe, which has a lot of room for improvement in standards and they most certainly need to up their panini game. They can bring in more cakes and cookies, there is certainly a demand for that, introduce a small range of soft drinks, throw in a few seasonal drinks, hot chocolates and improve their sandwiches.
