Fasten your seatbelt if you make it to ‘assumingly’ any of their locations for the same effect. A WOW experience.

The incredible smell drags you into the place, the Eggslut team works seamlessly hand in hand. One person working the coffee bar at fast speed putting out quality products, one person making this scrambled eggs, one person cooking the turkey sausage patties and the bacon to perfection and one person assembling it all. Next to the hash brown and other sides ‘bar’ where orders are then completed. An eggslut machine of smoothness. If that word exists.

This location has great inside seating at four large high tops in the back. Two tables outside. Toilets also on the ground floor and an upstairs floor with additional seats. Simply up the winding staircase (see pictures).

Now to the most important of all things - the product itself. These sandwiches are not only made with top ingredients & love, they taste like heaven.

I enjoyed the Fitzgerald and a Sausage Egg & Cheese. The flavor bomb between the perfect bun, the ingredients and spices and the sauces applied - just wow! Also have some of their amazing hash browns.

A MUSTrepeat for me on my next London stop. One additional note - searching the web and other reviews it states there is no GF (gluten free) option. Well, check out the picture of the menu, there is. Of course only good for a sensitivity due to the cross contamination in such small space. But worth a try. Or use their ‘salad’ option instead of the bun.

Final note: Toilets on property Ground floor access - small...

Having previously tried Eggslut in Tokyo, I was excited to visit their Fitzrovia location in London. This branch lived up to the brand’s reputation, offering high-quality ingredients and well-executed sandwiches. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere had a modern, industrial-chic vibe with warm lighting and a casual dining setup.

I sampled several items from the menu: • Fairfax – 8/10 (A solid choice, with soft scrambled eggs and a nice balance of flavors.) • Portobello Truffle – 9/10 (The standout! The truffle flavor was rich but not overpowering, making it my top recommendation.) • Gaucho – 6/10 (Decent, but not as impressive as the others.) • American Buttermilk Biscuit – 7/10 (A nice, flaky biscuit, though I expected a bit more flavor.) • Truffle Hashbrowns – 7/10 (Crispy and flavorful but not a must-try.)

While the food quality was excellent, the pricing is on the higher side for what you get. Many other visitors have mentioned the portions feeling a bit small compared to the price tag. If you don’t mind paying a premium for a well-made breakfast sandwich, Eggslut is worth a visit. However, if you’re looking for a more budget-friendly brunch, there are other great options in London.

Overall, I’d recommend Eggslut Fitzrovia, especially for truffle lovers—just be prepared to pay a little extra for...

a remarkable restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The staff members were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations. Now, let's talk about their star dish, The Fairfax.

The Fairfax at Eggslut is a true standout. This mouthwatering sandwich features cage-free soft scrambled eggs, chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and a hint of sriracha mayo, all nestled within a warm brioche bun. The combination of flavors is simply heavenly, with each ingredient complementing the others perfectly. The Fairfax is a testament to Eggslut's dedication to culinary excellence.

In addition to their exceptional sandwiches, Eggslut's hash browns are a worthy side dish. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these golden-brown delights add an extra layer of satisfaction to the meal.

Overall, Eggslut not only delivers on taste but also provides a welcoming atmosphere. The friendly staff members contribute to the positive dining experience, making guests feel right at home. If you're in search of a flavorful, well-crafted sandwich, don't miss the opportunity to try The Fairfax at Eggslut. It's a culinary delight that will leave you craving more!

Bacon-Egg & Cheese is also another recommended sandwich which is shown in the...
