We arrived today after booking in advance. We booked 2 rooms. 1 room for 2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 baby. The other room WAS supposed to be a handicap room for my grandparents. My grandmother is in a wheelchair. We arrived and didn’t have a safe place to pull off by the hotel to get my grandmother and wheelchair out. Super fun! Now we get inside and they don’t have our rooms ready. So we waited 45 minutes in the lobby. We go to check in and they don’t have a handicap room available. They gave it away! So they offer us a normal room. We have to take it because we are in a tourist city! You have to pre book everything! So she won’t be able to shower before they fly out tomorrow. FUN! We asked them to set up the couch bed for our kids and no one ever did. 7:30 comes around and I’m getting the baby to bed. My husband had to call down for them to just bring up sheets. This also took forever. In fact my kids wanted to go to bed and tried going to sleep on the plain mattress. Once they arrived with the sheets they rang the bell waking my baby. They handed my husband a huge mountain of unfolded sheets. My husband ended up making the bed. The pack n play looked less than appealing. Im having the baby sleep with me. I went to take a shower and the water wasn’t draining. Eww The carpet needs a good cleaning as well. The staff at the front desk worried more about talking with each other and not about customer service. We went to dinner in the restaurant downstairs because we had a long day and just wanted to eat fast. We made a reservation. When we arrive there was no hostess. The bartender seated us. We order our drinks and food. We get our drinks and a few seconds later the host comes up and asked if we would move tables!( Wheelchair and baby) not a fast transfer. We were all disappointed and disgusted at this point. We got our food and I was even more disappointed. I paid £18 for a burger and chips. My chips were something I could get for £1 at Tesco. My burger patty was still mooing it was so undercooked. I had gluten free bread in place of a bun. The bread literally soaked up all the blood and was soggy! Also I’m pretty sure this was a frozen patty. No flavor and lacking toppings. They didn’t even put on a few things as it said it would have per the menu. The “apology “ for the inconvenience was a free breakfast. Honestly after dinner I’m not even sure I want to eat anything else from here. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. That’s saying something because we travel a lot! Very disappointing. Update: I couldn’t figure out how this hotel had so many 5 star reviews. Well I did a little investigating. They have been paying people to leave 5 star reviews. Notice they are all left in the same day with no comments on the hotel itself. Someone even called them out for it! I’ll leave the screen shot I took from on here. Also breakfast was ok. Nice selection and friendly staff. I would have likes some of the food to have been cooked longer personally.

WARNING: Note that 8 five star reviews were just posted over a time span of 19 minutes. From what appear to be fake accounts. 4 days ago, another 5 five star reviews were posted back-to-back. They are trying to BURY the well warranted terrible reviews with fake reviews and incentivized reviews. Scroll down further to see the true experiences of guests. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Reposting my review from October to ensure it is not buried along with the others: THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR HAZARD TO HEALTH AND DISREGARD FOR SAFETY OF THEIR PATRONS. Horrendous stay that continues to give me PTSD. The hotel and Radisson promised to offer a resolution yet have taken no responsibility for the SERIOUSNESS OF THIS SITUATION. When we got to the room, it smelled of a damp towel. There are condensation lines within the picture frames. Discolored carpets. Stains in the shower. We were to stay out on the town most of the day so decided to endure merely sleeping in this disgusting mess. Not what was advertised. Next day, my husband was out, I was in the restroom and I heard the door unlock, the door open and I saw feet, and then the door closed. I knew my husband was out and ran to the door and open it to see a man in the hallway, a hotel issued key in hand, shocked and stating that the card key opened my door. He was a man in his 60s with a mustache, no luggage in hand. I asked what floor he is supposed to be on and he said “maybe the next floor up? I need to talk to management downstairs to settle this.” And ran off. I was understandably panicking that a stranger walked in to my room with no explanation while running away down the hallway. I called the front desk and as all the reviews say, it rang without an answer. Despite the line ringing, they claim that their phones are always not working: this is a safety hazard. When my husband came back, we went downstairs to tell of the situation I encountered. They had no resolution. They claim the man never came down to get a new room key. They said that since they don’t have security, no one can review their cameras. As other reviews said, they never have security on site despite claiming they do. This is a breach of contract: they are contractually bound to maintain safety for their patrons and prevent a situation of this nature to occur at their hotel. This is grounds for an immediate refund. The only said they need to investigate and now three weeks later nothing has been resolved. They have gone silent. The staff is incompetent, they have no regard for the safety of their patrons, and this hotel and its management should be investigated. We heard from an employee that SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER, it has been a hotel that truly no one should stay at. They are cutting corners in every way. The pictures when booking are not representative of the true disgusting quality of the rooms. They are breaking terms of contract and not taking responsibility for it. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We recently spent 6 nights at this hotel in the heart of our favourite London suburb. It's hard to know where to start because everything about our stay was pretty fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located and we absolutely loved being able to wander on foot or catch one of the many different bus services or the conveniently located Tottenham Court Road trains to get ourselves all over central London. We had cafes, pubs, restaurants, a Sainsbury, Tesco and Boots within a few minute's walk and the British Museum almost next door. The hotel is absolutely charming and our room was very well appointed with a sitting room area with sofa, chairs and a small table so we could spread out and not feel cramped or trip over our luggage. I have a feeling that we had been given an upgrade. We even had a welcome fresh fruit platter. The compact bathroom was very luxurious and the shower over the bath had very good pressure which is something we always appreciate. We also loved the heated towel rail. The bed (which I think was Kingsized) and bedding was very comfortable which suited us due to both having "bad" backs. The staff were very courteous, friendly and professional, everyone from the reception, dining room and housekeeping staff to the very helpful and friendly concierge people. We felt most welcome by everyone from the moment we set foot inside the front door until we checked out. Special mention to Abu and team in the dining room, Jasmine and team on reception and Michael and Sidain on the concierge desk with whom we had lots of interesting chats and got a lot of very useful advice. However, ALL staff are to be congratulated. The food offerings for the included breakfast were very good and we certainly availed ourselves so that we could skip lunch! I particularly recommend the Eggs Benedict, the best I've ever tasted. We also had several dinners over the week and although a little on the exxy side (as most things in London are to an Aussie) the meals were also delicious and the serves, generous. The wine, spirits and cocktail offerings were also very good. The only negative I can think of is that the room keycards could be a bit dodgy in the lift or when opening the room and we did need to get them replaced several times, but this was only a very minor inconvenience. We truly felt it was a home away from home and would have loved to extend our stay if it had been possible. We enjoyed our stay so much that we started Googling hotel rates at this hotel for another future trip as soon as we arrived home and feel we really couldn't stay anywhere else!

I am typically a very forgiving reviewer and don't mind small inconveniences (within reason). However, after reading loads of reviews here and seeing the hotel respond with assurances that various issues will be "investigated" or looked into, only to encounter the same issues months later on my own trip, I can't stay silent.

Before I arrived at the hotel I received a mail to let the hotel know what time I expected to arrive. I did so (12pm) and provided my phone number and email address as asked. I was then told my "request" for early check-in was noted.

I arrive at the hotel (at 12) and was told check in was not available yet, it will be at 3. Okay, fine. Why ask what time I'll arrive then? I'm okay with waiting however many others were waiting too, leaving me nowhere to sit for the next 3 hours. A frustrating wait later (wasn't even offered water) and it's finally 3pm, so I walk up to the now quiet front desk and ask if my room is ready.

The lady informs me that my room had been ready for ages, why didn't I come to the desk sooner? What did you want me to do, ask if my room is ready every 10 minutes? You saw me waiting in the reception for 3 hours and you have my phone number and email. ???

During my wait I was also witness to a very perturbed lady requesting a room change due to some issue that she refused to say, but had it written down on a paper. She was extremely frustrated and apparently was told they'd switch her room a day ago. When she finally left, the staff bickered among themselves briefly and did not look like they had any intention of fixing whatever problem that lady had.

The room itself was okay for the first few nights. It wasn't as clean as it could have been; carpets are old and heavily stained (could have been mold to be honest), chairs are dirty (but who uses a hotel chair anyway) but whatever.

On one of my last couple days the hot water stops working. Couldn't shower. There are reviews of this same issue dating back months. What I found disgusting is that I went to the front desk to let them know the hot water is gone and the lady tells me it's a problem with the whole area and they don't know when it'll be fixed. I ask for clarification; the whole area, other hotels and businesses are without hot water too? She said yes.

Do not lie to your customers. All I had to do was walk to the hotel right next door as well as a nearby store to ask if they had hot water problems and they both said no. This is only a problem with this hotel.

On one occasion my room had run out of toilet paper so I went to the front desk to ask for more. 45 minutes later toilet paper arrives at my door. Good thing I didn't need the bathroom desperately right?

There's a general aura about the staff here, you get the impression they really don't care at all and don't need to - they will continue to make money on unfortunate tourists who get tricked by the rating this hotel currently has.

The final straw is seeing all the reviews dating weeks and months back complaining about the same issues, and seeing the hotel respond as though they care and that these issues will be fixed.

It is clear these issues will not be fixed. They will continue. The manager and the staff of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. If you work here and you read these reviews and don't feel any hint of shame, you are the problem and this is not directed at you, as you already know that you are a grifter and a crook. If you work here and do feel ashamed at these reviews, please go find another hotel that actually cares about its customers, where you can shine and be proud of your work. You deserve better.

And so do...

STAY AT...
