The lady that was on the door today at 12:30 was very aggressive. At first, she was staring at me and my friend while we were looking for some makeup. When we asked if she has any tissue to remove the testers from our hands she chuckled and said no, but still kept an eye on us at all times. We had a basket full of items so not sure if she was thinking we were stealing but that's how it felt. Finally, I found the right shade of lipstick, put the tester down and picked up the fresh lipstick. I was ready to continue shopping she yelled "You can not try on lipstick" I was so confused as was my friend, we both looked at each other, we had finished testing the TESTERS and I replied "I have been testing on my hand" She yelled again and said no, i saw you put the lipstick back" She then started calling for back up on her head set and another lady ran over to us. My friend asked her what the issue was and she said "you can't try on lipstick" to which we replied "so what is the tester for" she said "oh you can use the tester" at this point, my friend just asked her to leave us alone because it was creating a scene over nothing and very embarrassing. Is this behaviour really necessary? Why would you want to make your customer uncomfortable? even when we were queuing she was still watching us! Truly disappointed with this stores customer service.... My advise is to go and spend your money...

The one star is for the Superdrug in Tottenham Court Road. Unbelievable bad management. Long queue and only one person on the till - as the queue got even longer the manager came to work another till. Then someone shouted out “can’t you get someone else to serve?” And she said “no we’re understaffed” And THEN!! Even though the queue was now 15 people she left the till. A woman in front said “where are you going?” And she said “I’m going to stand by the door” - this would have been like a comedy sketch except everyone was so angry and had been waited for ages. What is more she didn’t stand by the door but well away from it! One customer dropped her basked by her feet and walked out to the sound of “good” from the manager!! I wish I’d done the same! Honestly Superdrug if you can’t get the staff and the ones you have are so rude and useless then get...
