HK Noodles — Restaurant in London

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I used to order from them, the food was good. I just made an order, it came incorrectly, i rang them for the manager to say “ bring it back i will change it” then hang up the phone, i rang back several times he refused to give me his name and refused to speak or help, he hang up the phone over 3 times, he did NOT allow me to explain myself, he continuesly hang up the phone. I explained to him that he is not dealing with the problem but asking me to bring the food back and hanging up the phone. I have never experienced anything like this with anywhere. Im schocked he did say he is the manager but acted like a child by continuesly hanging up the phone and repetain “leave a bad review then”. Please if there is anyone that can help me with this extremely unpleasant experience which caused problems for me due to the way that the MANAGER was very sarcastic and RUDE! Setting is nice, giving an intimate atmosphere in the privacy of the booths or for large groups there are the open seating areas. Lighting is slightly subdued and warm, adding to the effect. Unusually, you have to pay first at the till, and then your order will be brought to the table. Service is average. The food is good and is classic Hong Kong Chinese restaurant fare with all your favourite dishes and some new takes on them. I recommend the salt and pepper chicken wings, the salt and pepper pork ribs, chicken fried noodles, Special fried rice and Singapore fried rice. Ordering was easy, delivery didn't take to long the person on the phone was nice and helpful the delivery person was nice and friendly. We ordered a big takeaway everything turned up nice and hot and tasted delicious none of us complain about our food we had sweet Chilli Thai prawns, roast duck, fruit tea, milk tea, noddles boiled rice lots of stuff very very happy with everything. I will be ordering from here again definitely and would recommend this place to anyone. I've been ordering a lot from here and so far everything has been delicious and fresh.
