Extremely disappointing customer services, I downloaded their App to earn loyalty points and to take advantage of pre-loading money onto the app & they give you a little extra %. I loaded money and then went in to buy a coffee but was told that this branch does not accept the app as they are a Franchisee. I asked for the contact details of Customer Services so I could get a refund but they refused to give out that information and said just contact them via the app which it turns out is not possible, I attempted to email them and they blocked my email address. At the very least Colliers Wood branch should have a big sign up to warn people that they do not accept the App and Customer Services should get some training to be more customer focused and to act more...

Such an awful experience. I thought I found a place where I could enjoy my coffee and do some work on my laptop. They say they close at 6pm and it wasn’t even 5:30pm when they started closing everything up. It is a rainy and windy day today and all door where widely open leaving custumers to freeze. My friend and I had to leave because it was incredibly cold having both of their doors open. We might as well had had coffee on the street. If you want to get pricey TAKE AWAY coffee, then fine. But if you are looking for a nice environment where to do some work AVOID...
