Euphorium Hampstead Heath — Restaurant in London

I would give 10 Star's if I could, This cafe.s Manager (William) who's been working long time here is a Very hard working,Hands on professional gentleman, Couple of years ago I walked into this branch couple of times their computer system wasn't ready (it was very early morning) but I needed a cup of coffee from them on the way to work , So He was sweet and kindly allowed me to have cups of coffee.s so on the way back from the work those days I did make the payment ofcourse,

This week on Monday morning he was running the cafe on his own, but everything was perfect, water jugs were full - clean glasses was present, music calm and the venue clean and warm ,

Yesterday I was served by a wonderful lady who was Also very helpful and polite as well and this morning he is ( the Manager William ) working alone but everything seems nice and smooth Previously I left a negative feedback but I felt I wasn't fair for everyone now all good and seems everything A to Z have been improved a lot. Products are all great their coffee is Wonderful and best in the town rest of the products are reasonably priced and you may consume them hot or cold.

Gave me a non-vegan salad when I asked for the one vegan choice

Firstly the cafe is so hot inside; I don't know how the staff work in such conditions. I was in there for 5-10 mins and I couldn't deal with the heat and staff were very flustered and didn't seem to communicate well with each other.

Secondly, the vegan options are very minimal, however, they had a Chickpea and Butternut salad which I asked for. This was mixed in a metal tub ready to be put into a container and given to the customer, however, the older woman behind the counter showed me a salad asking me "is this the one?". I responded that I don't know what it looks like (how would I know what the salad looks like as I don't work there?) but the sign says butternut and chickpea salad and I pointed to it. She handed it to me, we paid and I left. Upon opening it in the park though I discovered that it was actually a different salad containing feta cheese which of course was crumbled throughout the salad so I couldn't pick it out. The lack of attentiveness from staff regarding dietary preference is astounding and very disappointing to have...

I came here with a friend and so was hoping to have a pleasant experience. It was not to be. It was very busy and so understandable that there was limited space however the manager had left their laptop on the front table of the coffee shop to ‘reserve’ it for herself. She refused to move it so that customers could use the table. There were only two other tables available. One was up against the rubbish bin, and only had one chair, and the other table was squeezed up close to other customers you couldn’t possibly have a private conversation. The other staff member asked the manager again if we could use the front table but rather than saying yes, the manager grumpily and quite noisily (IMAO) moved the trash bin and put another chair so we could use the table in the back . By now there were others coming in but the manager still refused to give up the table. The arrogance. Aren’t the tables and chairs for customers??
