My good mate and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Faraya three times during our five-day stay in London — and each experience was better than the last.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between cozy and elevated. It’s beautifully clean, inviting, and full of charm.

Now the food — truly exceptional. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, the quality never missed. And speaking of takeout — they even allowed us to place an after-hours order, going above and beyond when they didn’t have to.

A special shoutout to Ali, who served us all three times with genuine kindness, professionalism, and care. He remembered our names, our favorite dishes, and treated us as if we were regulars. That kind of service is rare — and unforgettable.

Complaint About Unprofessional and Abusive Behavior by Staff

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your staff members during my visit today around 6:00 PM to collect a delivery order.

When I arrived, I politely asked how long it would take to receive the order. One of the staff members informed me it would take 2 minutes. I waited patiently for about 8 minutes, and then again politely asked for an update on the order status. At this point, a staff member reacted very rudely and aggressively.

Despite my respectful tone, the staff member became angry, shouted at me, and even used abusive language. I was shocked and felt deeply disrespected. I simply mentioned that I had already waited longer than I was initially told, and there was no reason for such a harsh reaction.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures appropriate action is taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
