Tesco Express — Local services in London

I would put 0 stars if I could, manager is racist and rude, I paid for the items I bought but he didn’t believe me, he went down the floors to his desk for 10 mins and went back up to tell me to come downstairs he asked me if I stole and I said no, which I didn’t, I paid for all the items, he said to me, I’ve been watching u as soon as u came in the door, I’m sorry but just that first of all is racist, just bcs I’m brown, I already get suspected of stealing 😡 he showed me the footage of me coming inside and when I was picking up the items and was heading to the till, the video jumped right back to me going out of the shop, what the hell, I have called the police on them but they haven’t been much help either, so now I am banned from Tesco, does anybody know how long...

My favorite Tesco supermarket branch! It's close to South Kensington subway station. In the UK, other foods are expensive than Europe but hummus is really cheaper, and it's also great that I can easily buy Scottish oat crackers to eat with hummus. What a great combination. Organic bananas are also cheap. So whenever I have to eat quickly I always grab bananas+hummus+oat crackers. It is still healthy :-) Anyway all the other supermarkets around were closed, but I was so thankful that they were still open so I could shop. One woman from Ukraine (sorry...I don't remember her name) was very kind to me. Even though she was on her way home from work, I did not have Wi-Fi, so she kindly gave me very detailed instructions when I asked...

Tesco you are becoming a company where customer service is nearly nonexistent! One of your staff almost knocked me of with a large box of products and just walked off speaking to another colleague in a foreign language; getting to the long cheque to pay for my items there is only one till open and quite a few customers waiting... when a second toll was finally open the poorly educated guy behind it was busy texting, not given a flipping donkey about me even being present to end my unpleasant experience! On my way out having been severely scrutinised by a rough and nasty looking security guard giving the impression he himself went out the prison gates quite recently. Terrible experience...
